Houston 5 Los Angeles Dodgers 3.  Houston takes advantage of Yu Darvish's struggle to command his fastball and slider to score four runs in the second inning.  Misplays and a baserunning mistake by the Dodgers also hurt them.  Houston leads series 2-1.

Los Angeles Dodgers 6 Houston 2.  Houston bullpen melts down in the ninth allowing the Dodgers to score five runs.  Alex Wood took a no hitter into the sixth frequently fooling Houston's hitters with the changeup.  Astros would also have problems with the sinkerball and the cut fastball in getting only two hits, both of them home runs.  Series tied 2-2.

Houston 13 Los Angeles Dodgers 12, 10 innings.  An RBI single in the bottom of the 10th after a two out hit batter and walk gives Houston the win.  Dodgers continue to surrender the longball as two of the four home runs came with two men on base.  Dodgers also had runner picked off first base.  Houston leads series 3-2.

Houston 5 Los Angeles Dodgers 1.  Houston takes advantage of an ineffective Yu Darvish to score their runs in the first two innings and win the World Series in seven games.  A throwing error allowed Houston's first run to score in the first inning.  A stolen base and a groundout accounted for the other first inning run.  The gopher ball hurt the Dodgers again as George Springer connected in the second with two on.  Darvish would only get five outs.  Los Angeles also wasted chances in the first and second innings against starter Lance McCullers who was lifted after 2 1/3 innings and did nothing against the bullpen.
