Nice to see the Canadian teams make it this year although a blue & white maple leaf makes me want to hurl. I hope the caps don't choke till the second round this season.

Tonight:  Washington over Toronto for a 1-0.  If Toronto wins the series, it'll be a continuation of Ovechkin's legacy of not winning the big one.

Even if Washington wins this first series vs. Toronto, I think they will still continue their legacy of not winning the big one.

Who do you think will eliminate them?

If Pittsburgh doesn't, then we will.  If they happen to make it to the Finals, they will never beat Chicago.

Sens win in OT.  That's good.  The more games they play, the more banged up they will be.

Yup. Already, the Bruins have a ton of injured D men and Ottawa lost Borowiecki today. He's not a key player but he's one less scumbag in their line-up. Karlsson also looked to re-injure something and needed therapy to stay in the game.

Hate them both. Two dirty teams, two pathetic fanbases. One has to win, but let's hope it goes 7 games and the team that wins comes out limping considerably.

I do like the Hawks, but man would it be great to see the Preds and Subban knock them out... pulling for PK to come out of the West all the way. Nas-Mtl would be a great storyline for a final. Barring that, would be happy to face Edm or Cal and have an all-Canadian match-up too.
