On TSN radio, they were talking about the spear that marchand did to Petry, and how he should have got 5 for it.

TSN has the replays. Chara's was a brutal crosscheck and Marchant does that crap every game so it's probably tough to pick out one incident. Wasn't a severe spear but still illegal.

Has been that way since Bettman took over.  He has no will or incentive to protect players or make it a fair game for all. He makes every decision based on what makes more money for the league. Sure, he could have suspended Chara, but the league wants him on the ice and they want to keep the Bruins' owner happy.

Curiously, I always hear about Boston's owner, Jeremy Jacobs. What's his deal? Why does he have so much sway over the league?

Oh, I see. Do any other team owners sit on the Board?

If I'm not mistaken, every owner is a member of the board but Jacobs is the board's chairman.

Kassian has definitely joined the ranks of dirtiest players in the league. This is my "All-Dirty Team" of the biggest snakes, weasels, and cheapshot artists in the NHL"

Marchand-Kadri- B. Tkachuk

Ovechkin-Konecny-Kreider

E.Kane-Killorn-M. Tkachuk

T. Wilson-Erne-Kassian

Lucic

Giordano-Chara

McDonagh-Ristolainen

Gudas-Krug

Smith

Rask

Maybe there are guys I forgot, but off the top of my head, these are the biggest jerks in the league.

Wish a couple of those "jerks" played for us rather than some of the nice gentlemen we have that have given us so much success.
