We took a drive to the lake yesterday, and as we were driving on the 401, we heard a loud bang that sounded like a rock hitting the car.. Nope not a tire, wife looked in the back and the back window glass on the drivers side was all cracked like a honeycomb. Not sure why no rocks on the road,, it didn't seem hit by anything. 3 of the corners were missing glass. Any ideas on why it happened would be helpfull.

Cheap North Korean car? :)

Seems like it may have had a small crack which led to the window failing when you hit a bump.

And hey! You should have told me you were remarrieing......I could have warned her!!!

Somebody taking shots at you kinot??

Happened to my brother in law this summer. Did you open a window for some reason? Sometimes the pressure on the highway is enough to blow out a window. Also not unusual to have a rock come at you from the side with those transports on the road.

It's a Ford.

Didn't hit any bumps on the 401.

It's complicated.

I was in the right-hand lane and after the bang, there was a (what I call) a 20 seat bus passing me. It "could" have been the air pressure, but I've opened the window plenty of times on the 401 going faster. I'll see about it today.

St. Petersburg, Florida - A 28 year old man attempting to impress a 24 year old by pointing to a $300,000 Ferrarri as his own.  The suspect then cons the valet at the hotel into giving him the keys and takes the woman for a spin.  Police pulled the car over when they noticed the tail lights weren't working.  They also found cocaine in the car and charged the suspect with grand theft, possession of cocaine, and driving with a license which had been revoked.

I'll bet the cocaine wasn't his but belonged the actual car owner.

Seville, Spain - A Suzuki was spotted driving erratically with oranges falling out of the vehicle.  When police pulled the car over, the suspects had 8800 lbs. of the oranges and said they had picked then up - 26,000 in all - while driving.  When police squeezed information out of the suspects, it was determined the oranges were stolen from a shipment.

Boscawen, New Hampshire - A suspect in a shooting at a trailer which sent to the hospital tried to hide under a pile of clothes.  Three other suspects had already surrendered.  A police dog was sent inside to find the remaining suspect and he decided it would be a good idea to put a headlock on the dog and bite her on the head.  The dog bit back and the suspect surrendered.
