It also shows how the boys were lucky on Friday

Yes and no. Games 1 and 3 we werent outplayed. We were stymied but they were very close and could have gone either way. This one sucks and there seemed/seems to be no sense of urgency at all.

Kind of makes you yearn for Weise or Weal with efforts like today.

If the next game is going to be the last game, how about putting in Poehling, Hudon & Fleury.

Take out Drouin, Ouellet & Belzile. (Gallagher if he is injured.  Looks like he played less than 12 minutes. Somethings up.)

Fleury for Ouellett maybe ... Poehling/Hudon would have no effect on the game.     Hudon has consistently shown he is not NHL calibre and Poehling hasn't proven anything yet and seems to have zero nhl offensive game

The issue is the same as always ... our roster is not built for the playoffs and we struggle to generate offense.     They've also now let Hart get into their heads which will only make it worse.    As much as I love Price ... the teams problem is that they keep trying to build on the glory of the past and think the key to cups is great goaltending.    And when you got a GM who hordes fringe/role players like they're trophies ... well ....

Just looking for a change. Drouin has done nothing and gets all the chances. Hudon never really gets a chance, except on 4rth line. If Poehling is part of the future, then give him a taste. They can't be any worse, and why not let them experience it. Maybe they surprise?
