Read on Instagram that bill Daly told the associated press game 5 May be postponed due to the tropical storm . Can anyone confirm ? This would be good , gives CP31 an extra day of rest

The storm is expected to pass through tonight and into the morning tomorrow. I would guess it's a go unless the arena suffers some kind of serious damage.

Mayor Jane Castor's wish is granted!

Habs avoided the sweep and won a game to salvage their reputation.  Tampa gets its desired opportunity to hoist the Cup in their own building in front of their own fans.

Ain't gonna happen. They might award the cup in TB, but it will be to the Habs. :)

Only the Tampa "losing" part of that wish was granted so far. The boys will still have a say as to whether there is a Cup celebration tonight or not.

Added a poll to make it interesting. Note the missing option.:frech1:

I picked D but i do think Staal's line is due. Theyve been dangerous the whole series.  I also think the new (reunited) line of Byron-Evans-Lehks could break out.

Maybe the boys will do the mayor a favour and take this back to Montreal. We wouldn't want to see the Tampa fans get wet from the remnants of that tropical storm now,,, would we?

There's been a few things that could definitely be dressing-room fodder, although to be honest, they seem so locked in and focused that i dont think any of it would matter.

Yeah,, no doubt. I'd at least have a poster size picture of her on the wall with some darts handy. Everybody gets one shot. Closest to the mouth get's free Disney tickets.

I was just reminded that our "top" line last year - the one that was dangerous every night and gave us a shot to win against the flyers- was Drouin - Suzuki - Armia

No offence to JD or JA but Anderson & Caufield sure make that line a lot more dangerous. The fact we went from Armia on our top offensive line to him now player (great, mind you) on our 4th line, shows the improvements this team has made at forward this year.

Killorn still out.

I assume a few of their other guys are hurting after the punishment they've been getting in the corners & in front of the net.

If we somehow manage to come back & win this thing, that is going to be a factor. You can already see TB guys looking around to see who's coming - and that split second changes their effectiveness - they werent doing that in game one.
