Thanks guys.

Ok, Ive got ESPN America & Classic on my TV but its pretty random which games they air.

So I think ill buy a stream-pass this year, so i dont have to go through theese bad streams to see the Habs.

The problem is, ESPN don't have the rights to broadcast in Europe anymore, and no announcement has been made on broadcasting in Europe

welcome to the forum btw :)

Hello. Habs fan from Norway. age 25. Been a Habsfan since i got my first Patrick Roy hockey card as a kid, from my uncle who was our national goalie. Huge fan of the American aspects of the game, unlike the uptight system we got in Norway. Here, my team is Vaalerenga from Oslo, who also got some Canadien natives, like Patrick DesRochers (ontario) and last year Serge Payer (ontario) and Pierre Dagenais (who played for the Habs in 2003-2004).

Hope to see some of you this winter, when im (hopefully) going to Montreal. :)

By the way, what is the best stream option for us overseas?

NHL On Ice or ESPN ? And when is the "package" available? Couple of weeks before the season starts?

hello HN, :)

How are you FireBoss? :)

Hi everyone!

I'm a Swedish fan and I've been a fan since the 92/93 season. The reason was two players, Patrick Roy and Eric Desjardins.

A 19 year long dream will come true this season as I'm going to the game against Tampa Bay April 4th. It's going to be amazing!

All time favorite player: Roy

Current favorite player: Subban

GO HABS!

Hello, I'm Al Christoph from Erie, Pa. I'm a life-long Habs fan stuck in Penguin and Sabre territory. :( When I was young, my sister took me skating at the local ice rink and I met Rick Chartraw who was playing for the Erie Lions at the time. Honestly, I don't remember metting him, but once my sister told me he was playing for the Montreal Canadiens...that was it,that was my team! My favorite Hab is every one that wears the jersey with pride. GO HABS GO!!!

I'm not a Canadien's fan per se. But I've always respected the team. Even more so with a story for you.

I'm from Vancouver, back in 1991 the Canucks was finally starting to turn around under Pat Quinn. On December 4, 1991 the Canucks played at the Forum. As a Canucks fan I thought, yup we'll get killed yet again. But something crazy happened.

Kirk McLean stopped 45 shots to Patrick Roy's 22. The Canucks won 3-0, but the Canadiens were throwing EVERYTHING they had at him. At the end of the game, the fans in MONTREAL...gave McLean a standing ovation. A standing ovation for the opposing goaltender! I knew then the fans in Montreal really knew their hockey, and showed such class by doing that simple act. I'll always admire the fans in Montreal, and I always wish the best for their hockey club.

Merry Christmas/Joyeux Noel!
