Habs Fans Introduce Yourselves

Hey guys,

I've been reading this board for awhile now and never have really had an inclination to post something considering I'm fairly new to being a Habs fan and enjoy reading your guys opinions more so than inputing (as I feel you guys have much more insight than I do). Anyways, I live in Toronto and stumbled upon this funny news article in the Star from some homer journalist who clearly doesn't pay too much attention to our Canadiens (since apparently Patches is a first line center  ). Enjoy.

My link

P.S. I attempted to start a new thread but I am pretty useless on figuring out this board apparently, so feel free to start one if wanted/necessary.

Hi,,,,WAVES.gif and welcome welcome_smilie.gif. Just jump in whenever you can. We have something for everyone. :)

Sucks to be him

Hard to argue with 7 years of bliss. :D :D I'm sure jw8888 will agree. Welcome.

I can only protect you so much FH.

Living down here all my life has taught me valuable lessons on how to deal with Leaf abuse. Of course they don't have much ammunition to fire back with.

Not much of that branch left after i became a *gasp* westerner.

Nothing wrong with being a westerner there are a few of us on here, and just because we live where it doesn't snow all winter doesn't make us any less of fans, just kidding we know how much we all love our team

GO HABS GO

Hahaha thanks for all the love guys, I feel like I'm part of the family already. Not too bad living in Toronto though, the Leafs fans get patriotic in September, October but they usually simmer down pretty quickly when they realize they're heading towards the bottom :P .

Hey everyone, I'm Mike from British Columbia (a couple hours away from someone who posted one or two pages back).

Love the habs and look forward to posting some of my thoughts/opinions on here and reading anyone's (hopefully not too harsh as I don't know absolutely everything) replies.

I have only been blessed enough to see the habs win the Stanley cup once and I don't remember much about it (was really young) so since then I have waited to see it come to MTL for the 25th time.

Anxiously awaiting the start of the 2012-2013 season, more so than many previous years. GO HABS GO!

Welcome again WCH. Hope you don't mind me calling you WCH since I'm gonna do it regardless because I'm a slow typist.
