Does anyone have a picture of the ice from the whites? I'm wondering if it will be too far away to see anything[/quote:5be8d60ca1]

I have season tickets in the blues, and I can see the ice very well. You have a good view from every part of the Bell Centre. Although I hear sitting behind the press box ain't that good.

I will be in Montreal on my birthday Oct 17. I live in Calgary and would love to see the Habs thrash the Flames on that night. Can you actually buy good seats or are they all sold out. Would I have to talk to the vendors outside to get good seats?

The Habs don't play in Calgary this year so I will be making the pilgrimmage. Any ideas on how I can find good seats?

Ouache behind the press box is bad. You wont see the giant screen so they have a few 60inch. tv's attached on the back of the press box...

Are you kidding me!?!??!!??!? Geez, the tickets arent sell to the public until september 2 and all partial plans 3 to 6 games are sold out!!!!! How can i get a plan if i dont have the chance to buy it? This is absolutly scandalous.  :x    :x   I hate Montreal Canadiens now and i feel reallllly mad.

Yep, the same thing happened to me again this year. I was really irate when I was told that they were all sold out before being available to the public... again. The one year that I couldn't afford to buy the pre-sell partial plan (after 4-5 consecutive years) I would have never thought I'd have such a problem getting back.

What irritates me to no end is the damned scalpers. Every game I go there's like 50 of them all over the place screaming "TICKETS" and trying to sell them at twice their cost. I thought scalping is illegal yet they can scream it in front of the Bell center. What a way to thank the real fans.

I can't help feeling robbed by the whole situation, I wish I could get back in the IN. Now I have to go watch 2nd rate games again this year.

It is illegal, why do you think that the scalpers are always on the side walks? Because they could what ever they want outside the Bell Center's land.

I got no problems with scalpers, its a smart business they buy them cheap from people who cant make it to the game and they build from there... Imagine theres scalpers at the Impact games! They buy tickets for 2-3$ from fans who have extras and they sale them for 5-10 sometimes 20$...

You just gotta know how to deal with them...

hey everyone, It'll be my first year going to a habs game and i'm new to he whole buying ticket's thing.

I've seen advertisements saying that tickets go on sale sept. 16th. Are only upcoming games on sale right away or can u buy tickets right away for any game of the season? ( sorry if that sounds a bit newbish).

If all are on sale at once, what's a good amount of time you should buy ahead? I wouldn't want to be dead set on going to a game then finding out it's already sold out.

thanks in advance

They all go on sale at once and a game in April has basicly the same chance of being sold out on the first day as one in October depending on the Visiting team. My advise If you really want the tickets buy them right away on the first day.

alright, thanks alot man, gotta scramble for some cash, btw, what seats have the best value for the cost. I was gonna get greys/whites but if they're uber terrible then i'll save up a bit longer.

I have sat every where and I can honestly say that the view is good anywhere in the building. If you behined the press box in the blues on the side than you can't see the banners but you can see the ice still. The expensive seats are great but if your too close like front row along the side you might have trouble seeing the action on the other end if its on the same side.

As for Value I have 2 Club Dejardens because its an awsome view and you get free food.

but over all I think its the Molson Ex Zone or the Family zone. The Molson Ex Zone is really cheap and its one carzy party up there tons of fun. and the Family Zone is also cheap and the Habs attack that way twice.

as for Greys and whites they are also great your good no matter what you get.

Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in a while, i've been extremely busy all summer but now that the season is just around the corner i'm getting excited. Also this year I'm going to be attending my very first regular season Habs game!!! I watched them in St. John's against the leafs a few years ago, and I've been to the Bell center for the World cup to see canada and the usa but this is going to be the best. I'm hoping to see the game March 17 against the Leafs. From reading some of the posts in these threads i take it that most of the seats are pretty good. I was thinking of trying to get in teh reds, those seats look good to me...any advice?

Also, which is the best/easiest way to purchase tickets, online or over the phone?

Thanks

If your looking for Leafs tickets than my advise is... When the minute they go on sale you need to be online and the phone at the same time. You will need to hit the refresh button and the redail botton sevarl times as the server and the phone line will both be busy. Keep doing this until you get through to one or the other. as to witch one you have a better chance with its a complete toss up. Just attack both ways.
