DonFu23
JE-SUS! hahaha! DAMN I love hockey! He could help the Al's win a Grey Cup with those hits..!
Guest FirstStar
I've said it before in another post...I think this is the best Habs team I've seen in a while. Komi has impressed me many times, he really holds his own on the ice. Oh yeah, thanx for making Saturdays boring game a lil more interesting, with a great hit on Tucker...Felt that one from my living room here in Montreal. Ha ha, I'm sure Tucker's still feeling it! Guest P.Royfan
A future Norris winner. Big, strong, gutsy and a team player. Give this guy another year and watch out. I don't think you'll see Komi win a norris because he isn't offensive enough. Although I think it shouldn't matter but that's why guys like Scott Stevens and Adam Foote never won the Norris. And I know it's early but Komi has been by far the best Dman on our team so far!!!
Guest JL
Is this it? Someone posted it in another thread, but I'm not sure if his is what you're talking about. That's it! See how when Tucker tries to give Komi a bodycheck, he leaves his feet? He still got the worse of it!
Guest js2
I love how tucker sees Komi coming for that one check and he just stops what hes doing to try and prepare for it. Then he just ever so slowly falls backwards after it.
DonFu23
Your supposed to just relax your muscles, let loose and take the hit once a guys wants to check you. THAT's what happens when you use that technique, and Komisarek hits you, he makes ya look like a rag doll!
Guest JL
To Komisarek's credit, he makes a lot of guys look like rag dolls... just ask Joe Thornton!
HABSolutly821
((Haha... Joe Thornton... i remember like it was yesterday. I was at the game and it was the best thing ever haha)) Huge fan of Komi since 2000 here ! Seeing him taking his place and improving like that is just awesome. I've been telling people "he's gonna be something" like 4-5 years ago and they were all "blahh...". Well, see what happens my friends Komi rocks. Big physical presence on the ice, he's getting more and more dominant each year, 06-07 is a nice one for him, he's started the season like a beast, i'm pretty sure he'll do GREAT for the rest of it. That hit on Tucker was just pure beaty, i think i kissed the TV haha. I hate Tucker like you can't imagine, and Komisarek is my favorite player so this hit was amazing. I just love how he kills him everytime we play the Leafs haha.
habs-24
To Komisarek's credit, he makes a lot of guys look like rag dolls... just ask Joe Thornton! he was throwing him around all series!
Guest KOIVU#11
I have to admit sometimes I find myself sitting on the couch thinking about how good it would feel to kick Komisarek in the teeth, however he does bring a much needed physical playing style that we could use big time so as of this moment...lol I'm glad he's here. ximald
Is it just me or is he getting A LOT more ice time out there. He looks soo much more comfortable out there. He's not gettin embarressed as much and he isn't running around as much. Being smarter with his hits, which look very hard I might add. If only he could turn into a more offensive threat he'd be dynamite
Guest Miltie01
Boy only 37 posts for this guy. With the way he has played for us he should have 3700 !!! I just showed the videos of Komi hitting Tucker. Now she doesn't like hockey and doesn't understand it much but she said....THAT TUCKER DESERVES EVERYONE HE GETS !!!!!! Gotta love her !!!! Guest swansee
Glad to see Mike finally doing it.....he was a great presence here in Hamilton! Love the way he plays alongside Markov! lindros_jr
To bad ESPN doesnt have NHL 2nite anymore bc Komi would be good for one of the 5 top hits of the night ever game he plays in. Love seeing him crushing people
The-Vitranian-Echo
Mike just played the most intelligent, serious, intense, and beautiful game I've seen him play. My personal pick for the first star tonight. Just awesome. I hope you keep it on Mike! It was beautiful to watch dude! I've always been a fan and always will be for many reasons and tonight proved why. Congrats Mr. Komisarek. Very well done indeed.....

Guest FirstStar
I'm really starting to love this guy...He's physical and plays a smart game. He keeps this up and he'll be one of our top D-men. I find the Markov Komi line to be our best so far, then it's Dandenault and Niniima....Last well, it's not even worth mentioning, I love these guys as well but so far, they haven't impressed me much. Guest sportsfreak_39
I consider him actually to be our best defensive defensemen. He may not be skilled offensively, but name me the last time he made a dumb turnover.

He may not be skilled offensively, but name me the last time he made a dumb turnover. I have to agree, Komisarek and Dandenault are our best defensive defencemen. Komi's taking alot more shots at the net now too. I think carbo must have asked all the defencemen to be alot more involved offensively this year. Guest Hoser
Muahahahaha, The Hugmonster was awesome out there last night! Total domination! I've been a fan of this guy since we drafted him and I'm lookin pretty smart now, what with my #8 Komisarek jersey and all...
100proofevil
Big Game for the Big Kid the fact he is no longer fighting for a roster spot only makes him feel better and more comfortable out there finaly looking like the 7th overall pick
Guest hogtownhabsfan
Komisarek is a beast, no doubt. I've said it before and I'll say it again, he reminds me Robyn Regher. Him and Markov are a legit 1-2 punch on D. Hopefully they can start playing 30 minutes a night so Souray and Rivet won't have the ice time to cost us more games. He also had a pretty good game from an offensive standpoint, although it didn't show on the stat sheet. He created some chances and showed some burst.
