Guest ChriS_HigGinS#1
Wow, that home page saying Perez hasn't finished a game with a negative plus/minus really jinxed him. He was -1 for the first time this season.

He was -1 for the first time this season. It's a shame, because it really doesn't reflect how he played in this case either. He was great out there, skating hard, taking shots, forcing turnovers. NHL.com has him listed with only one shot, but I saw at least a couple in that first period. :?
crognalsen
I think he played the best for the third line players tonight. Bonk and Johnson looked like they had less energy then usual.

Very impressed with him every game I see.

Too bad he doesn't seem to have a good scoring touch, but he is a high energy player like Begin and he deffinatly has the ability to make so good plays at both ends of the ice. Guest habinto
He is a great fit on the 3rd line, which is our best and most consistent line. Go Perez Go

Not the first time he's kick-started the Habs against the Leafs either, remember his highlight-reel goal where he made the Toronto defenders look like the fools they really are? (Sorry, just had to toss that in there) He was one of our few real bright-spots tonight, along with Bouillon, Koivu and Huet.

Not only does his skill-set look alike (great speed, great moves, bit of a tough time finishing in close), but they look physically alike too! (When Afinogenov isn't giving that cheesy smile of his )

(When Afinogenov isn't giving that cheesy smile of his ) Lol did you read in my mind? on a shot on the bench he looked so alike too haha and his 2 arms in the air, priceless. Just the "yes" move "a-la-ovechkin" missing before his 2 arms in the air. That will happen with time, when he'll begin to score at least 20 goals a season, hopefully the sooner he can!
