Pom
Bouillon is not even able to skate. Looks like he won't be in the lineup for a long long while.
Guest stevesaku
when bouillon returns are the habs allowed to send niinimaa down to hamilton? does he have to clear waivers?

tmash
pretty sure he has to go through waivers Ya I really don't see it happening though. I think worst case for Jane he is traded (his contract won't seem so bad midway through the season), or becomes 7th dman. I can't see him finishing in the minors. Guest KOIVU#11
I can't wait for this guy to come back, we miss his speed and agilty with the puck and his crushing low hits he throws on the boards. I still find it weird that he's Ameircan though just beccause of his french name I always thought he was french Canadian.
flames4eva
When Bouillon returns... if the Habs are doing extremely well with the line-up at the time... would they not want to stick with a good thing? I like Bouillon but do you destroy team chemistry (it will take him a while to get up to game speed) or wait for another opening when/if someone gets hurt? Bouillon has been moved before... though I wouldn't want to see him go... stranger things have happened... barring injury to another d-man which would open up a spot for him, could he get traded then? bw6
amp73
... barring injury to another d-man which would open up a spot for him, could he get traded then?bw6 Considering Streit, Dandenault and Bouliion are signed for NEXT Year and Markov, Rivet, Souray and Niinimaa are UFA 's do they trade one of the few D men they know will be back next year and put themselves in a bigger hole

I just wouldn't want him to be moved as he has been before. Can a player coming off the injured reserve be sent to the minors for further conditioning without having to pass the waiver wire?bw6
Guest habs_fan1160
Can't wait till this guy get's better. Watching Bouillon is exciting. He may be one of the smallest guys on the ice but he's packing a hit like Chara, he's got some great heart. Watching him is always exciting, he wins the battles along the boards and he puts on a good show. Any idea when he'll be back?

Yeah that's what I heard too. That would suck if he has to miss the whole season, I wonder if that was the case if they Habs would keep him for the long term or trade him away. Guest habsFREAK27
I am missing cube, his physical presence and the way he fights for the puck makes me happy everytime I see him on the ice. I am tired of seeing the Swiss repeting the same mistakes and ditto on Niinimaa. It wasn't bad the first 2-3 games, but now Niinimaa is doing bad, is it because of Streit?..No idea, only god knows. I can't wait to have Cube and Dandy back. Get well soon Francis!

That's terrible news. His speed and work ethic were a big part of the Habs playoff run last year and they'll be sorely missed if he's out for the season. Guest TORHABSFAN
Guys If Canadiens.com says that Boullion is skating and Cyberspace says he might be out for the rest of the year... Than I am going to believe.......... Canadiens.com I have not heared anything from RDS,TSN, Sportsnet, The Score, CBC or any real credible media outlet that Boullion might be out for the year. Until I do see that on a real sources site than I am not worried about it. Gainey said December than thats what I expect.
