When I got my tattoo at the beginning of this year I was sooooooo close to getting a Habs one because I couldn't decide what I wanted...at the last minute we designed one instead. (not hockey/Hab related).

i have one on the outside of my left leg. it is pretty big, around 6 inches by 3 inches probably. i am thinking of getting the vintage logo on the outside of my right leg to match it. i also would like to get blue and red stipes around my forearms (like on the habs white jerseys).

I have one way above my left boob, lol. It is of the CH variety and in color.

You must be the perfect girlfriend to have, haha.

When I am in Montreal this march for my first Habs games, maybe I will get a logo tattoo to, dont know where on my body yet.

What is the best tattoo shop to go to if I decide to get one?

you know, i've been thinking about a Habs tattoo the last few weeks. I have a tattoo I kinda want covered up on my right shoulder. Not sure what I'd get though. As boring as it might be, maybe just the logo nice and big. But I was thinking of getting a tat that is based around Steve Bégin, and his number (22) since he is the guy that is responsible for me becoming a Habs fan. Also, I was 22 at the time.

This is only my suggestion based on my outlook on tattooing: Get a tattoo that has to do with your family or about a major life obstacle you overcame or are trying to overcome, Or something emotionally inspiring (Still NO on the habs tattoo). I love the Canadians but getting something permanent on your body is a process of dealing with something emotional, letting go of something or using it for inspiration. You will thank yourself in twenty years for having the story of your life only you can call your own on your body (design it yourself or have somebody else do it for you) And, also a tattoo that stands to inspire you or show remembrance in a way that is tied to you personally. Btw, Picking a design out of a book is the worst thing anybody can do in my mind, it's also highly impersonal and something the tattoo artist will also tell you they can't stand doing.

Leave the Habs emblem stitched on your book bag, It will look better that way anyway.

Thats funny, cuz the march 17th Leafs game is my first, and I will stay in Montreal for the Bruins and Capitals games that follow. What section do you have tickets for, I am in the reds.

this is hard... cause habs can be a big part of your life, they've been part of mine as long as i can remember. so if that's the case, and you're absolutel sure you'll probably won't regret it later on do it, but if you're only getting it cause you want a tattoo and not sure what else to get, don't do it...i'm waiting for the 25th stanley cup, then i might think about it :D lol...not so sure though maybe i'll just draw one..but its really up to you and how much the habs really mean to you i guess

If I would ever get a tattoo, it would be of the Habs logo. I LOVE the Montreal Canadiens to no end!!! It is something that will last until the day I die.

i have had mine for several years now and i am still very happy with it. it is on my leg so it is discreet. i would have to disagree (not totally) with the inspirational tattoo comments, i have a very strong passion for hockey, i play (20 + years), coach and watch lots of it, it is huge part of my life, what better thing to do then get your favorite teams logo put on you? its better then getting your name, initials or an arm band for that matter. besides, it looks pretty damn cool.

Dont do it

To each their own, I have 1 tattoo right now and had it done 18 years ago. Every time I look at it it takes me back to the exact place I was and reminds me of how my life was at the time. I love it and will never regret it. When I decide to get my habs tattoo it will be well thought out. There is absolutely nothing wrong with individualism.

I'm thinking of getting a Habs tattoo but am looking for ideas. Does anyone have one and if you do, what's it like? PM with a photo if you want.
