In-Bob-We-Trust
i was in denial for about an hour, then just a few minutes ago, i was jumping for joy, knowing the laffs missed the playoffs
Guest Lafleurfan2
I also was very dissapointed when I got the final score on Espn. we had a 5-3 lead and they showed on espn that Toronto was on a powerplay something to do with a 4minute double minor. Toronto scored a couple goals Peaniltys hurt that cost us a trip to the playoffs. We got nothing out of it . 6-5 yuck I like everyone is upset. Guest 29Dryden29
My 5 year old daughter was crying after the Laffers went up 6-5 then to add to it as we were leaving the restaurant some ding dong Laff fan was making fun of her for wearing her HABS hat. He told her she most be a retard to cheer for the damn HABS she looked at him and stuck out her tongue then said sorry to me for being rude. I told her not to worry as teh guy wasn't being very nice. Maybe I can call Corderre (sp) and see if he will sue the Leaf fan for being mean to my 5year old LOL.

Guest Fergie22
I had a house full of company. Watched the game with a real Bruins fan.. my son in law, so he's used to losing .When the game ended i took off my sweater and poured myself a stiff scotch went to a quiet place. When you look back at the game it was a poorly played game all around. Blowing a lead at this stage of the season is inexcusable. my two cents...

Maybe the first period played by the Habs was bad.. but the rest of the game was defiantly not bad when they came back four goals second period to get in the lead! Guest habs_fan1160
LOL I agree. Im sorry but they should of put Halak in when Huet let in that second stupid goal. They should have had Halak in regardless. I watched the game with Leafs fans and it was embarassing the goals that Huet let in. It's amost a week now and they're still making fun of it lol. Raycroft did let in a bad one too but compared to Huet's bad ones he looked like Patrick fricking Roy out there.
Guest Mrs. Mike Johnson
Yeah I know what you mean I was there at the game.. The second goal Huet let in was pathetic & then the one over his head.. like what the heck was that! They needed to get Halak out there at that point of the game! I would've punched the guys teeth out. --------------------------------------------------------- Usually when one of my favorite hockey teams are eliminated from the playoffs or don't make it like this game, I have an anger issue and I'm all grumpy.
