Guest Keith
A little advice, using grammar (which I know you can) get's you a long way on these forums. Anyways, I'd have to say it's a toss-up between Maurice Richard and Patrick Roy. Nowadays it's Souray and Higgins.

Guest A Semin
I never saw Mauriche Richard play so I guess I have to say Patrick Roy, Jonh Leclair being my second pick.

Guest habs_fan1160
Easy question to answer: The Rocket Richard. He symbolized everything the Canadiens could have hoped for. He single handley built this franchise up, as well as broke down language barriers in the NHL world and throughout Canada. I could go on and on about this guy, but I won't. The franchise wouldn't be the same if Maurice never put that sweater on.

Guest Banishing Blade
Saku Koivu. With everything he's been through, and the fact that he's still playing and leading this team, I can't help but admire him.
Guest madmikefl
Wow, so many to choose from over 33 years, Dryden was what made me watch my first hockey game. Lafluer, Pocket Rocket, in his last year of course, and Serge Savard. Later Patrick Roy and all-timer Chris Chelios (should have always been a Hab). All-time favorite? Have to be Larry Robinson. He never took a night off. Even when the Forum crowd was not behind him, he never took a night off. Class all the way.
