gracie12
I could careless, after all the games he has already stole for us, last nights performance doesnt bother me at all, it was only a matter of time, Brodeur has already been blown out 3 times this year, Huet was due for one. Well, and the thing was, it wasnt really even that terrible a night - boston got some lucky bounces. Its not like he let in theo-type goals...he let in a couple of goals he might have stopped last week when he was standing on his head, but he didnt really let in any really bad ones. If he hadnt have been pulled, i think it wouldnt have seemed as bad - but i think Carbo did that to shake up the team more than anything.
Guest habs4life!
I really think we should trade him for a 2nd line center.
Guest habs_fan1160
I really think we should trade him for a 2nd line center. Um...and who do you suggest would be our No. 1 goaltender? It wouldn't be Aebi...possibly Bouillion? That's redicilous, why would anyone in their right minds trade a goaltender who's red hot?

Why would ANYBODY trade the hottest goalie in the league??? Just because he had one bad night?? Even Patrick Roy had some bad nights.

grant_01
We didn't wait so long when Aebischer was bad to sit him. I think Carbonneau does like he said. We have 2 good goalies and we need both. Now, Huet has to rest and relax and Aebischer will try to give us some points.
Guest NothingGreater
Why do people feel sorry for him, he isn't in a house leauge or trying out for some rep team. This guy is being paid millions of dollars and every now and then he'll let in more goals than 3. I'm sure it doesn't even effect is confidence any, in fact it will probably motivate him. Do not feel bad for the guy, unless maybe he lets is 6-7... but he is half man and half god, so that will never happen.
Guest Hoser
Last night, the big thing I noticed is that, after the 1st and 2nd goals, he lost his confidence... really fast. And I think that's because he felt he was letting the team down. I mean, usually he's the one keeping us in the game day after day but last night we were dominating and he let in goals he knows he has to stop... He didn't come up with that big save and he felt he was letting the team down, which ate away at his confidence rather quickly, prompting him to let in two goals he would have easily stopped just last week. I hope this doesn't snowball...

Guest hersky77
Its good for him to get the night off tomrrow, he's played a couple of games in a row and last night he showed he was tired and needed a rest. Good move by Carbo to start abei against the devils.
Guest GoHabsGo35
I wonder if it ever gets frustrating for this guy when he's putting on a stellar performance and his team collapses in front of him, like offensivly and defensivly.I can see where this could start to build some conflict. He's the hardest working Hab on the ice. happened to me on sunday in one of my games lol. Yeah it is very frustrating. I faced like 10 breakaways

Guest 4beforeorr
Huet may have allowed some softies against the Bruin's, but i don't expect him to win us every game. If anything, it was time for the team to win one for him. There were many turnover's ( both teams) and they cashed in, whereas we missed out on some, should be goal's. He'll play better next time. I just hope everyone else will too.
Guest feistyboy27
I am guessing his last game cost him a spot in the all star game. Fleury will get voted in by fans, and the other spots will go to 2 of Miller, Brodeur, and Emery.

Huet has been better then Miller, Brodeur, Emery and Fleury this year. Thats fact.

Guest Captain Koivu#11
Kolzig is so so underrated. He is always in good position. Better than most goalies in the league IMO It's just that Kolzig's team has been stinking it up for the past couple of years. I always thought of him as one of the better goalies in the league. Guest Sashaband
he had those pads on last night when the habs played the devils as well. Very similar to his old pads as far as colour, but a slightly different design on them. They're cool.
