Guest P.Royfan
Huet must hae thought he was still the back up when the Habs only allowed 15 shots after too! I don't know what final total was though.

Guest habs4life!
Wasnt really tested tonight and probably had to make one big save all night. We won so thats all that matters though.
Guest mikehabsfan
Another strong game from Huet. Pretty impressive to think out of his last 10 games he's only had one possibly perceived poor game (the Boston one, and even then, he got a couple really bad bounces there that you can't really blame him for). And technically, he wasn't credited with that game, Aebischer was. So, Huet has actually won 8 of his last 9 games. And he just got a 0.926 save percentage! Another awesome save percentage to add to his collection, and this will probably keep him still at the top of the league (Kip may pass him by a really small margin after tonight, but still so darn impressive). Peace, Mike.

I disgree, he made several huge saves in the 3rd.. just beacuse he didn't have to fly around like Dom Hasek doesn't mean they where not big saves. Huet is the man! Guest mikehabsfan
Still has a 0.931 for the season..did you mean 0.926 for this game? That's exactly what I meant. That's why I said it was another awesome save percentage to add to his collection (his yearly collection, heh). Yep, still 0.931 save percentage overall this season. And I don't think Kiprusoff will overcome him now (was tracking the game currently on between Calgary and Minnesota). He just got the same stats as Huet tonight (25 of 27 shots saved, same as Huet). Shootout doesn't count towards it, I don't believe. Could be wrong. Peace, Mike.

LesBoys
Strange the change of pads. Maybe cuz someone offered him $$$$$$ to wear there brand of pads and what not, cuz he is the hottest goalie on the ice, and was the ending of last yrs season.. Why not take $$ from them. Better hten us giving him a raise Should be a clause in the contract we will get you outside endorsments if we pay you 1 dollar a year Think about it.. Guest feistyboy27
Huet showed his bounce back ability from a bit of a bad game. I dont know why the defence sometimes does not play up to their ability when he is there though. Markov and Souray especialy can play better then that. Guest maad
I will be really mad when he misses the all star game. I am not a huge fan of him but the way he is playing he deserves to make the all star game. it would be better for the team if cristo doesn't go to all-star game. it would do him better if he would just get some rest before the final stretch of the season. we play 15 games in february, the most of any months, we need him rested. Guest habs_fan1160
I like Huet, he's played great for us. That's my only comment on him at this time Mr. Veznia 2006/07 perhaps?

madbox21
It's Buffalo, of course he's starting. lol :five: Huet got the win last night but I found he seemed rather ordinary, slightly shakey. Hope he can brush it off, we need him at his best against a Sabres team coming off a loss to one of lower teams in the league. HIP HIP HUET
