Guest electron
It's true that defensemen develop at a slower pace. And now it is Komi's time. He has developed into a bonafide top 2 defense pairing. Komi and Markov compliment each other perfectly, and they are both going to have monster years. We can not trade Komi, under any circumstance! His time is now!

Guest habs_fan1160
Decent game by Komi, my only complaint about his game last night was the dumb penalty he too simply because he was too slow. But other than that he had a good game. Nice solid defensive game.
Guest Hoser
Decent game by Komi, my only complaint about his game last night was the dumb penalty he too simply because he was too slow. But other than that he had a good game. Nice solid defensive game. It was the turnover that was stupid, not the penalty. He just had to get the puck past the forward but wasn't hard enough on the puck, and he had to take a penalty because of it. It was a brain cramp more than it was a footspeed thing. I really want to see him hitting more... there were times where he looked to have a guy lined up perfectly and just didn't crush him. Hope all that hippy yoga stuff didn't take away his mean streak...

Guest Y ASK Y
message to Mike Komisarek.Throw a viscious bone crushing check on Tucker. My thoughts exactly. Actually, not just "a" viscous bone check on tucker but MANY viscous bone crushing eye-popping body checks!

Guest Memo Gonzales
Hopefully Komi will lay a couple of great body checks on Tucker and maybe even score a goal.
Guest twist_and_shout
Komi just got a nasty Sundin stick to the face. Obviously there was no call the play, with them playing in Toronto and all. Fire the refs for that. Disguisting. Komi got hit hard and nasty. Sure, it could have been Sundin`s natural instinct to protect himself from a hit. If that`s the case, he can get used to getting high sticking penalties for what`s left of his career. Guest js2
I know people are going to come in here saying Komisarek played a horrible game. All I have to say is that I'm sure it's pretty hard playing against a teams top line all night after just having your nose broken and getting stitched up around the eye. ColRouleBleu
did he play a horrible game? yes does it make him a lesser quality player? no i'm sure komi will work on putting this game behind and come back strong against the kid and the kindergarden crew next wednesday
tmash
He played physical and had a tough job, but definately not a good game overall, looked very sloppy.
Guest CHimbued
Great player who is only gonna get better for us. Just sucks he had an off game today. That fan on the pass that sent Sundin in alone was a beauty.
Guest Miltie01
He had the big assignment of watching Sundin. I think the thing he is guilty of is trying to do too much. This kid will take the lessons learned from last night and be all the better for it !!!
Guest jennifer_rocket
Disappointed with Komisarek's game from last night. He didn't quite "have it" after Sundin high sticked him. It looked as though he was playing without patience for the rest of the night. Hopefully he bounces back and has a strong game against Crosby and co. Guest bigsby
Disappointed with Komisarek's game from last night. He didn't quite "have it" after Sundin high sticked him. It looked as though he was playing without patience for the rest of the night. Hopefully he bounces back and has a strong game against Crosby and co. two games and he's been disappointing in both. i'm not worried yet, he'll find his groove but it'd be nice if he could find his step for the next few games. i'd like to see him throw his weight around against the pens, canes and especially the panthers who always bring their a-game against us. i didn't realize sundin was responsible for that high stick...shoving markov and damaging komi's face deserves a little bit of 'force' next time the teams meet. hopefully murray will be in the lineup
