Guest lynn2574
Here's what I see in this guy. A rare combination of size AND skill. He has the natural ability and the frame you need. The other thing that strikes me is his poise in front of the cameras. He has that dry sense of humour and he's deadly calm. Oddly calm almost. Interesting character. 1 game doesn't make a season but there's no denying he lived up to the hype last night. The calm that you're describing is always how Carey is on the ice. Funny thing is, when he's off the ice, he is funny, approachable, friendly, and down to earth.
Guest rob2h
Price was solid in his first game.Out of the young hab players I would say Price is the most exciting so far and has the best potential.

Guest Steiner02
Aha..not to be gay or anything... but look at the size of his arms I had the exact same thought! I was like "helmet?! what helmet?" Just uploaded onto Habs Inside/Out are two more pictures apparently, on the back - though you can barely see here - there is a "support our troops" ribbon and a cross. Guest JL
Here's a promotional idea for the Canadiens... Make some Habs' cowboy hats with #31 on them! Heck, I'd probably get one!
Guest CanadianMike
I was there earlier in the week. No Price shirts yet. Only Price jerseys. Thanks! ..and I guess we were all a little surprised at the size of price's arms.

That's awesome! I'd certainly snatch one up too! On your note about his mask, I like it too. I like how he kept the base colour blue (like his Tri-Cities mask) as it contrasts well with the red jerseys.
Guest JL
I was having a closer look at Price's mask only to realize that it's the same as mine (Itech), with the same cage. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v177/JLpics/net1.jpg

Guest Waiting for Cup 25
The big CH is reminiscent of Patrick Roy's mask, and the cowboy is different, that's for sure. Here comes the cavalry to the rescue!

GIJAYNE
Nice mask...I like it. And I would be one of the first to get the cowboy hat with the CH! One question though. What is the significance of the cowboys?

Guest ChriS_HigGinS#1
That is one of the coolest maks I've seen. I love the CH on the forehead and the HABS across the mouth area. The colours look good too. Great Pick Carey!

What is the significance of the cowboys? Although our site is reporting that Carey is from Vancouver, he's actually from Williams Lake BC. To be more precise even, he's from a very small town called Anahim Lake, a small mostly native community in northern BC. Rodeo is big out west as you can imagine, especially in the mid-upper northern part of the province.

Can't wait til he gets another start.
