Guest habs_fan1160
I think these guys will have a pretty impressive season and probably improve from last season. They have a good team and a good core. Good things come of that.
Guest muskeg
minnesota is definitely my second favorite team (albeit a distant second) and i hope (and think they will) improve on last year, especially if backstrom proves legit. he's kicked off this season nicely. i really want gaborik to get in 82 games. Guest habs_fan1160
The Wild have had a great start to this season, gathering ever important points. I wouldn't mind seeing these guys in the Cup finals this year. I've always like Minnesota, even back when they were the North Stars.

Guest habs_fan1160
Here was the highlight of my day yesterday. I went to the Oilers morning skate and right after was the Wild's skate, so I waited to see if Koivu was getting on the ice and he came out of the dressing room and smiled and nodded his head at me. So I went back to the ice and took about 50 pictures of him in 10 minutes, he didn't skate very long, but he was on the ice and my friend and her book up against the glass and he came skating by and tapped the glass with his stick to try and knock the book off and winked and smiled at us. Anyway, I threw all my media profession out the window and I waited by the visitors dressing room for him for an hour, and he came walking out with Rolli. And as they were walking by I yelled his name and he stopped and I asked if I could have a pic with him and he agreed. So I got a pic with Mikko, I'll post it later. Anyway, he was awesome, we chatted about Finland, his brother and my obsession with the Habs and how the Wild were my second fav. Then after the game we were back down there and he came out and started chatting with me again, about how he missed the shot in the shootout and how awesome it is to play in Edmonton because of the energy. He was a really awesome guy, really approachable and really down to earth. He definatly made my day.

He was really good vs. the Oilers, but he looked shakey on a few plays. More ice time will give him more expierence, he's a talented goaltender. Guest Mauro_Biello
sensational... wonder if he'll make it to 82 games for the first time of his career though. If only he hasn't been so injured, he could have had a shot at 50 goals.
