Guest habFAN
lol leafs lose again, its so sweet. how about the moves on Sundin in the shootout, way to keep your head down dude. What excuses are we gonna hear tomorrow, i am already hearing that Blake got screwed in the shootout with early start. It screwed up his timing i guess The Laffs are looking pathetic and i love it. I just wish Sundin would cool off because i dont want him up there in the scoring race. I know its only early and he will fade off anyway but i dont want to give the Leafs and their fans anything to be happy about
Guest habFAN
Patrick Lalime, the fifth consecutive backup goalie to be used against the Leafs, earned the victory. Make Hedburg for Atlanta the 6th, and he got the victory too lol, oh it makes me so happy
Lester-Boogie
I just phoned my buddy the Leaf fan. I said; Your favorite team just got beaten by the worst team in the league...what does that make your favorite team??? :-) LOL
Guest JOHN
I'm one of about five Habs fans who work alongside about 200 leafs fans on afternoon shift, in southern Ontario. After tonight's shootout loss...I think Leafs management should offer "Grief management" sessions or some kind of "Intervention program" and councilers to assist their fans. I've never seen such a group of Zombies. Heh, heh, heh....I love it.

Guest The_Hockey_Specialist
When bottom feeder teams put their backup goalie in the net and they manage to beat you, it's time to hit the panic button.
Guest voicemajor2000
leafs face ANOTHER back-up goalie last night, and blow it in the shootout. Where is Jason Blake, their sniper? Where is Mats Sundin, slated by TSN to 'arguably the best player in the game'? Where was Toskala and his solid goaltending? Also why is it T.O. always gets to play against backups, either due to injury, or coaches choice? Dumb luck. We always face starters... GRRR! ColRouleBleu
Aww...who will Komo, Bouillon, and Kostopoulos beat on now? Sundin! saturday in 2 weeks i wanna see komo make a pancake out of sundin 2 inches from my face (i'll be sitting in 116 first row) ...

Guest Gumper-73
The Leafs house of cards may finally be ready to collapse. They are a gritty bunch though and I would not count them out yet. For 30 years I have watched all Leaf teams most of them terrible some how dig deep to give us a game every time (save for my fondest memory which was around '85 when we scored 8 unanswered goals after being down 4-1 after the first period). It's best to just let them fester on the cusp of the play-off's. If they really blow it they might go out and get some good hockey people to run the team or worse, put Midas touch Colangelo as the President. Guest Blockoman
Nobody in here cares when the Leafs win. Correction: Nobody in here cares when the Leafs and Habs win. If we lose and they win, then tempers flare.
Guest Canadiens86
Nobody in here cares when the Leafs win. We are gonna care lots when 1 point decides a playoff berth. I am sure I will get flamed for this, but I kinda feel a lil bad for the Leafs current state

I really felt bad for the fans, especially since they're in such a bind regarding MLSE and ownership/GM issues.
Guest Canadiens86
Exactly Bolshevik! As a fan I had to take a 'break' from the Canadiens in the late 90s...couldn't take it At least I have seen the Canadiens win 2 cups and they have won several in my life time (pre-fan days). After visiting the Bell Centre it really made me appreicate having a championship team. I have a friend who is Leafs fan and I tell ya...as long as it is not at the expense of our boys, it would be nice for the Leafs to give their fans a little reward. Guest habs_fan1160
One point behind us now. Hopefully we can continue the winning streak and the Leafs will lose a few in a row now. I'd like to get some points seperating the two teams.

If the Leafs were to win a Cup living in Ontario would be unbearable. Its hell down here when they win a playoff round let alone a championship. My vote,,,,,NO WAY
