Guest UhOh_GameMisconduct
Hi everyone, I posted in the Monreal vs Philly thread and it got lost between some toolbag flyers troll and some habs fans duking it out with him. Anyways....here's what I said: Hey everyone, I'm from Washington and wanted to wish your team good luck against Philadelphia! Most of us down here are pulling for you all as we felt completely robbed by the officiating in our playoff series versus the Flyers (not to mention that they continually ran Huet EVERY GAME....and never got called for it). There's nothing more that we want to see than the Habs completely destroy the Flyers. So again, good luck and LETS GO HABS! So Caps fans have your back, please please please win. (And pray you don't have Donut Don Koharski and Paul Devorski as the officials) Also, I'm not gonna lie, I'm not very familiar with your team besides Kovalev Komisarik and Price. But from what I've seen during the regular season when the Caps played against them and from the first game of the 2nd round, yall have a pretty solid base. Guy Carbonneau is also a hell of a coach too (although I'm rooting for my guy Bruce Boudreau to win the Jack Adams...sorry). Anywas, I look forward to talking some good hockey with some die hard fans.

Oh yeah, when they won I literally jumped out of my seat and screamed EAT **** PHILLY!!! hahaha it was definitely gratifying to see. Hopefully the Caps took a lot of the wind out of their sails by going seven really physical games. As far as Huet, Caps fans have absolutely fallen in love with him! I think George McPhee got a hell of a deal for him.
Guest mike hawk
A couple of years ago, les habs games were not a sellout all of the time, but as of recent, they are. I think I paid $25.00US to sit up in the Molson section which is way up there. You are overlooking the center ice scoreboard. As for the reason your Blackhawks suck, I dunno. Probably the same reason why my Bruin's suck. Boston owners suck. They don't want to spend the money. They need good goaltending, and look who they got now, Manny f'n Fernandez. Ewwww, what an acquisition. If you are wondering about if you need to know French, I suggest that you know atleast some French. Most people in Montreal know English as well. It's just that all the public transit system signs are en français. bonne chance, j'espère votre victoire de blackhawks wow kendogg you rock!!! i went to Boston last summer , my girlfriends cbr freaked out on us and we stopped at windham motorsports we never saw people as friendly as them, they even try to speak french with us ,my brother in law lives in Chicago and they are tired as well to have a losing team, maybe you best players have to do better, and believe that they can win whatever it takes.... There's nothing more that we want to see than the Habs completely destroy the Flyers. So again, good luck and LETS GO HABS!LOL so not only are you crying to yourself, you come to our next opponent's board to cry some more? The Kapanen goal was a legit play.. Thoreson and the Cap had a loose puck in front of them, Thoreson laid the hit, and the Cap fell into his own goalie who was outside of his crease. Now, that being said, the way the series was going, I'm extremely surprised it wasn't called... but obviously we'll take it.And as far as the OT penalty.. how blind can you be? Two of our guys were tripped on odd man rushes through the neutral zone... both within a minute of each other.. his STICK was BETWEEN HIS LEGS... you can't let them both go, you just can't.It's become pretty clear the refs are no longer burying their whistles late in games if they see what appears to be an obvious penalty (Straka on Crosby, Richards on Kovalev, Gill tackling the Rag in front of the net today)personally.. i think huet could have had a better series vs. the flyers.Huet was very ordinary... outside of Game 4 that is... holy crap was he incredible in Game 4... but it wasn't meant to be
Guest Morrighane
Please don't come on OUR board to argue about YOUR last serie in first row! Wanna chat about the present one? Cool I'm all ears. If you wanna keep arguing on Caps vs Flyers, do it within PM to the other member or go on a thread that may be on that subject in the section " around the league " Thanx! And by the way they even tell that on television and radio: don't go in Philadelphia with your Habs jersey on! The one who strongly advised us on not to do so was Pat Bruns last week! ehehehe Enjoy your visit here
Guest sdownie24
Then why is a Caps fan coming here complaining about it? That series is over.. get over it. Flyers won, Ovechkin lost. That said, the series at hand is about to escalate another 10 notches tonight! This is the best time of the year....
Morrighane
Arrrrrrrrrrgh stop that already this is childish I mean I the hat fits ya..... I was "speaking " to fans from BOTH Caps and Flyers team. Stop feeling as if we are always attacking you personnally... I mean I like Philadelphia they gave us a soooo-good and creamy cheese that makes marvelous and fluffy mashed potatoes

AvroArrow_mtl
I found this on the Flyers' board. It appears that it is NOT safe for a Habs fan visiting Philadelphia. http://forums.philadelphiaflyers.com/index...=8498&st=60 The particular post says: You my friend, must be the same fan that.... 1) Threw beer at me in the stands 2) Suckerpunched me on the way out of the Wach 3) Spat in my face 4) Acted like such a big tough guy in front of your 20000 fellow flyers fans 5) Punched my two friends, blindsightedly...... 6) Threw glass bottles at me in the parking lot 7) Followed me to my car..... Get the point already? Just cause I visit "your city" doesn't mean I can't route for "my team". I'm absolutely DISGUSTED at the crap I had to endure last night, Needless to say I'll NEVER EVER go back to Philly. You wanna know something..... Thank God that there ARE some intelligent Philly fans on this board and in that parking lot that helped us out a bit....... You'll NEVER see that kind of abuse if you WEAR YOUR PHILLY Jersey at the Bell Center in Montreal. I'm at a loss for words right now.... anyway... it's crap like this that ruins the whole experience. Come up to Montreal, and if you do PM me because I WILL HONESTLY help you guys plan your stay. And no, you WILL NO be physically or verbally abused. We're actually a normal place. Ummm yeah, this was my post on the Flyer's forum. I actually came over to this forum to post the same message. My friends and I were interviewed on the morning news in Montreal as we were driving back from Philly, and we gave fair warning to fans planning their trip down. If you plan on going, I REALLY suggest you be EXTRA CAREFUL on the way out of the Wachovia Center especially..... Please treat Flyers' fans with the dignity and respect that I wish had been extended to me in Philadelphia. GO HABS GO!!

To be honest, I didn't expect anything else from them. I know Flyers fans tend to be animals. Alot of fans of other teams in their division have attested to this. My god, imagine if the Flyers lost! I shudder to think. Nevermind being careful. DO NOT GO TO PHILLY. It's just not worth it. BTW, I'd love to see the clip. What news program was it and is it on the net for viewing?
