Guest Onzeee
Time to step it up now and have the same kind of effort as lastnight, we can easily compete with the speed of the Sabres when we feel like skating.

Guest HabsFanStuckInToronto!
Montreal needs to have the legs that they had on Long Island going. Skate to stay pace with or even force the Sabres to stay pace with the Habs with some really hard skating. These games are always great and this home and home should get interesting. We haven't had one of these for awhile and I am excited to say the least. So like I said SKATE, SCORE and PLAY HARD. If they use the similar game type they used in New York and have a good effort, this will be a game in the bag. GO HABS GO! GO HABS GO!
Guest Habs_Mania
It will be interesting to see how Price reacts to Huet's tip-top performance wednesday night. I don't think a series sweep is too much out of hand but I think we'll come out of it with at least 3 points (an overtime win, and a shootout loss). Look for the Koivu line to put up good numbers tomorrow nite.

Guest vegasrick
Buffalo did us in last time. And even though we won vs. the Islanders, I still was of the opinion that we did not skate well, particularly on the power play. Plus, it appears we now have a goalie "tandem" just like last season.....in fact, we are starting to look a lot like last season to me. We had better beat these lower teams, because we're supposed to. But with the likes of stupid Toronto and now Pittsburgh beating Ottawa, hopefully these next several games will get us ready to beat them, too. But....one game at a time, right? Just like one beer at a time.....no, wait, that's not right.....
Guest JIMVINNY
Keepig in mind that we play these fellas twice in two nights, I don't want to see a montreal blowout in this game. I would prefer a close match, where the Habs manage to score a go-ahead goal late in the second, and then see a highly-contested third period, where both teams get chances, and yet both goalies play incredible. This would hopefully set up a HUGE 6-2 Habs win saturday night. (I can dream, can't I?)

Hey, if we're gonna dream, why not make it two blowouts like we had against the stupid Leafs a few years back.....remember when Bob Gainey took over the bench, and the media was saying he wanted to tank the team in order to get a better draft pick, and we clobbered the Laffs both nights? I think it was 05-06, and we won both games handily. We made the playoffs that year......mmmm, that was fun. ....stupid Leafs.....

Amen. It feels like every time I check the Habs' schedule, I think "We're playing the Sabres/Bruins/Leafs again??". I see the same teams over and over again. I cannot wait until the recent discussion on changing the yearly schedule to more games played versus the other conference actually becomes reality. Peace, Mike Well the only reason it will change will because of money. I won't to see the change as well, until then we are going to see these teams alot. I hope Price feels challenged by Huet, it should bring out the best in him. Let's start this home and home off right by dominating the Sabres and taking this first game!
