flames4eva
MN JEOPARDY 23 (My birthday in July)... Hmmm... "THE NUMBER 23" (could explain the multiple personality syndrome with Smeigel et al)... Yes Bob Gainey wore this illustrious number (my favorite!) and his jeresy has been officially sent to the rafters... but these other players also wore the number 23 for the Habs after Bob... Can you name a few? Who was the last and in what season? What season did BG last where the number 23?

Love the show. Can't wait to find out why what where who and when: What is Lost? I know I'm right on this one, so I'll go and find an MN Jeopardy 21 shortly. But, while you're waiting, here's an interesting fact on the number 22 (which we won't have this season): Haileybury Hockey Club is notable because after its sole season of operation, the O'Brien silver mining interests which owned it sold the franchise to the Club Athletique Canadien. The new owners moved the franchise to Montreal and renamed it the Montreal Canadiens, the oldest professional hockey team in existence. Haileybury's leading scorer was Horace Gaul with 22 goals. Guest Cenner Hice
MN JEOPARDY 21... This current member of the Canadiens organisation played in 21 seasons in the AHL and NHL, scoring 21 assists in two of those seasons. He wore jersey #21 for most of his NHL career and played his first NHL game on March 21 1981 (in which he got his first NHL assist). He was also the first co-captain of the Habs when he and Chris Chelios replaced Bob Gainey as team captain (2 replace 1). I think there's enough there to be going on with. But lots of 21 in his playing career. And the 22 thing was a gem I found about 18 months ago. Habs history is full of numbers. Lucky for us. Guest HabsfanfromtheROCK
MN Jeopardy Rules -If you wish to answer a question just quote the question and the correct answer. -If you are positive that your answer is right OR if the person who asked the question confirms your answer is right, then you may proceed with the next Jeopardy question. -Your question must relate in one way or another to the MN # of the day. Example- Today is MN 15 -Do NOT make multiple jeopardy questions at one time because it is hard to follow. -Have fun Anyone else want to add anything on?
