ColRouleBleu
lol. i don't think it's just the one area but i could be wrong. my understanding was that he was uncomfortable in all his equipment and they were trying to find under-clothes, not just underwear, for him to wear. why is this line still together? thank goodness. i hope it stays that way. (not sure i love the other two pairs. hammer come back please!!!) GO HABS! They're always listed like that before a game, then the first thing you know when the game starts is that they're not paired together
Guest kinot1
According to the Tampa Tribune newspaper, Karri Ramo will be in the net tonite. They feel that Holmqvist can't go more than 3 games before he needs a rest. Not sure how true that is, or if Tortorella will change things
Guest bigsby
They're always listed like that before a game, then the first thing you know when the game starts is that they're not paired together but you've sent the memo, right? if that doesn't get through than maybe the 0-2 when markov and komisarek are split will be enough of a wake-up call for carbo. i do see his point though - looking at the match-ups, i'm not all that comfortable with the other pairs. if he does split them up than i hope they've done practice drills with other potential pairs so they don't look so lost when they're thrown on the ice together... Guest HabsFanStuckInToronto!
Huet has to be prepared tonight. I don't think he will let the same thing happen again that happened in Ottawa. I am expecting a great effort from him tonight. I am glad Carbs kept Koivu, Ryder and Higgins together because they are the only other line we can make that is possible of being a huge threat. They have to rediscover their chemistry, it doesn't just dissaper forever. They have made strides the last couple games, now it is time to burry some chances into GOALS! Roman, Mr. Hammer, we miss you come back soon! Hopefully O'Byrne will help out, and Brisebois KEEP IS SIMPLE! I WANT HARD WORK TONIGHT! I WANT A GREAT EFFORT! THIS TEAM NEEDS TO DELIVER AND BREAK THIS SLUMP! GO HABS GO AND WIN WIN WIN!!!

Guest d80jcrant
Francois Gagnon reports that Hamrlik isn't battling the flu anymore, but he has developped a reaction from his medicine, giving him a rash where no guy would want one apparently they had to find a kind of underwear to help him. Kostopoulos isn't playing because Carbo didn't like his play in Ottawa http://blogues.cyberpresse.ca/gagnon/?p=70313047 here are the lines by the way Andrei Kostitsyn – Tomas Plekanec – Alex Kovalev Chris Higgins – Saku Koivu – Michael Ryder Mark Streit – Bryan Smolinski – Mathieu Dandenault Guillaume Latendresse – Maxim Lapierre – Sergei Kostitsyn Andrei Markov – Mike Komisarek Francis Bouillon – Ryan O’Byrne Josh Gorges – Patrice Brisebois Gardien : Cristobal Huet Auxiliaire : Carey Price I like them. Guest kinot1
With all of the Quebecers and other Canadian snowbirds down there in Florida, our guys should have a large cheering section. ,,,,,I hope they will come away from this game with a smile on their faces and a song in their hearst. GO HABS GO

Guest Onzeee
I just hope Guy puts Markov and Komi back together and dresses Dandy instead of Breeze-by. Then our D would look probably like this:Markov - KomisarekDandenault - StreitBouillon - GorgesOR if O'Byrne plays I'd put Streit on forward and have O'Byrne paired with Dandy. To me this looks way better than the D we had against the Sens...if brisebois isnt on the D, its a good DSome of you are talking about how the Habs are in a slump...you do realize it is only the second time this season they have lost two straight games in regulation. I am expecting at least a point tonight because that is just the way the Habs work.3-2 Habs in OT with Striet getting the winner. Hab goals -- Koivu (Higgins, Markov), A. Kostitsyn (Pleks, Kovy), Striet (Unassissted)TBL goals -- Vinny (St. Louis, Prospal), Ranger (Vinny)loosing 3 of 4 is a slumpWell, if I was Carbo, I think this would be the most benifing move for the team.1. If O'Byrne sat, our defense would be the same as last Saturday.2. Carbo won't let Brisebois play back-to-back.3. Streit - Smolinski - Dandenault...tonight.4. Breezer sits tomorrow.5. Streit - O'Byrne tomorrow.6. Begin/Kosto - Smolinski - Dandenault6 1/2. Either both Steve and Tom come back and someone sits..eg: Dandy, or possibly a young guy if he doesn't produce tonight.7. (IF)Ryder sits tomorrow...definatly Steve and Tom come back.8. Price in net tomorrow, if Huet doesn't do well.9. GO HABS GO!!!price will most likely be in net anyway

Guest I_Love_Cougars
I was stoked to hear The Hammer was back in the lineup... and now he isn't? I cannot watch that Breeze-By and Gorges line play anymore... they're both a liability whenever they're out there. Streit/O'Byrne and Bouillon/Gorges would make more sense to me.
