Guest Greek Hab
Does anyone know why the Habs are wearing the home red jerseys for the past 2 or 3 weeks. What happen to white road jersey? Well, I think, due to the fact that we visit the Pacific division once every three seasons...why not wear our true colours?
Guest bigsby
you're totally right, too many short segments from too many unfamiliar teams .... i did see the coyotes' speed though and it's the sharks that knocked the sens off their skates... now it makes more sense.... or does it? i clearly need a coffee and my dose of habs phew! i almost panicked. when you said they were fast i immediately thought in utter disbelief, "faster than the sharks?!" i know the coyotes are a good team and they have some stellar players but the habs can match them if they play their game and not buy into, what used to be at least, the open-ice western conference game that we saw with the sharks. woohoo! Guest habsrule4eva3089
Hopefully Begin gets well sooner rather than later. He gives the team a spark when it's needed. Smolinski at times gets lazy and even the penalty kill isn't the same without Begin.

Guest Innis_Mor
Palm trees and Hockey... Well last night, PHX beat Dallas last night! Hope we get them tired. Yes, this is good timing in favour of the Habs. They've had three days rest, and should be over the jet lag. Let's go Habs! Back to the top! Guest Perezhiggins
According to RDS, Grabovski is being sat and Dandenault is back in the lineup. "Seul changement dans la formation du CH : Mathieu Dandenault reprend sa place, Mikhail Grabovski s'en va dans les gradins." http://www.rds.ca/canadien/chroniques/247321.html If that's the case, I'm soooooo disappointed in Carbo. Phoenix has bad defense, we need somebody fast like Grabovski in the lineup. I can't believe Smolinski is still in the lineup. If anybody should be sat, it's him. Guest mikehabsfan
I fully believe Price will bounce back and play a terrific game. I'm very glad Carbo is playing him again. Time to smoke the Coyotes, Habs. If we play hard, in all honesty, this should be a strong win. I would not like to see a loss against Phoenix of all teams. Peace, Mike
Guest timafurry
Gretz's Desert Dogs should be a little slow for this one. And with the Habs rested and hungry, I'd expect an offensive explosion. Price is back in, good call for his confidence. Solid performance from him tonight. 5-1 Habs!! GO HABS GO!!!!!!!! Speaking of bad dreams... I had one last night, where the Leafs were making a playoff push, and they won their last game (not sure who they played) and they bumped the Habs out of a playoff spot. Man, I was so angry, and my dad just kept laughing the whole time. But then I woke up, and realized that all is well in Habs Land!!

Guest habsrule4eva3089
Grabovski left out, Dandy takes his place.... I don't know why Latendresse wasn't taken out. Grabs was at least generating some chances, while Latendresse fans on everything he sees.

Yah, he was also getting penalty calls in our favor by using his speed. Latendresse was absolutely horrible the past couple of weeks. He has size and he never uses it...sheesh! But maybe that injury near Grabs eye might need a little time so that's why he might've been left out. I hope Begin gets well soon as well, because Smolinski does make some brain-dead plays every now and then.

Guest 2VP
In a bit of a surprise move rookie goaltender Carey Price will once again get the start in net for the Habs despite coming off his worst start of the season. In Monday's loss to the Sharks, Price allowed six goals on 39 shots. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=231352&hubname= Nice write up, except for the Price paragraph. He's the number one, of course he gets the start. Like someone said on fan590, when a number one goalie has a bad game, he doesn't sit the next game to reflect.
