I haven't been on this forum since we lost to the leafs last year before the playoffs. It's good to be back. I've never been more ready for a playoff season in my life. GO HABS GO!!!

Hope they have a real short 'introduction of the players' ceremony at the start of the game and get on with things. Everytime we have a long extended ceremony we lose!!!

I found this on the Booins forums,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I cleaned it up a little,,,,apparently,,,they allow swearing over there :o:o

"I'm sitting here on my computer, and my mother is out in the kitchen, and I hear her singing "Ole ole ole ole". Now, she knows nothing about hockey, and hardly watches it. So there is no way she could have been trying to "tick" me off or something."

TOOOOOOO MUCH :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Two things I would like to mention:

1. There may be talk about experience being needed in the playoffs but let's not forget that Boston have 12 players who will be playing in their first NHL playoff series.

2. I do not like the idea of O'Byrne sitting out as he is a big physical presence that made his presence felt down the stretch. Most importantly he was +11 (best on the team) playing down the stretch since returning from his injury 12 February. O'Byrne is not a liability; Get him in his first NHL game as he will be needed in this playoff drive.

However that is just my opinion. :D

Bad decision to sit OB out in favor of Brisebois, we need all the physical guys we can get and OB is one of the best we have so i dont understand this for one second

Bald guys have more fun: Come playoff time, the amount of hair in an NHL dressing room normally increases, but that won’t be the case for the Canadiens during the 2008 playoffs. With Tom Kostopoulos leading the way, some Habs decided to shave their heads, including Francis Bouillon, Guillaume Latendresse, Josh Gorges and even Patrice Brisebois. Source

O'Byrne wasn't on the list. Not a team player. ;)

Who is that?
:blink: She's put her name right on her picture. ;)

www.misacampo.com = Misa Campo

Google/Images will bring you more of her, but you know (and this may just be my mood today), she does not look near as good in all her other pictures (less dressed and all), as she does in this red RBK Habs jersey!! :D

Less than an hour to go, beer's chilling, T.V.'s tuned in, and the Habs are getting ready to go. It doesn't get any better (yet). I think they will get a pretty wild ovation from the fans. :D

Let's wait and see how things go. The decision leaning towards Brisebois (and likely Dandy too, over Grabs) is for Game 1. It's going to be a zoo tonight, and there's enough players already in the line-up that have not been through this before.

Habs do not want what San Jose got last night.

Alright folks, here we go.

Just shaved my regular season stretch-run beard and have a new playoff beard on the go. This beard won't fail. Mark my words. lol.
