Guest GreekHockeyCoach
My apologies to the mods for starting another thread but I'm too nervous to work and be productive. I've been staring at the walls all day at work and trying to read some Hab's related articles to pass the time. Anyone else in the same boat as me? I can't wait for the game tonight and I'm sure most of us will be nervous wrecks.
Guest Waiting for Cup 25
Why is it that Game 7's are furious, exciting, awesome games to anticipate...unless it's the Habs? I feel your pain, GHC. To make it worse, I have to work tonight, so I'll be relegated to checking the score on my cell every 10-20 minutes. I've been trying to telepathically get into Tim Thomas' head all morning, with visions of Toskola and Ellis fluky goals let in. I hope it works. Guest fansince1975
I woke up around 4:30am and made some posts on the Fan Forum. Went back to bed around 6:00am. Woke up at 7:00am to go to work. Today was fairly quiet at work. Good thing. I only care about the game tonight. Been on TSN, Canadiens.com, and Habsinsideout.com numerous times looking for information on tonight's game. Posted a bunch of stuff. We need to win tonight. I think that we had some good things in the 6th game and should carry the good over to game 7 and leave the bad things in the past. Go Habs GO!!!!! I brushed off all my appointments and cancelled a bunch of them. My office door is closed and I asked that no one disturbs me for the rest of the day. It's good being the boss Still doesn't change the fact that I'm nervous about tonight.

Guest Ellie
I am definately in this group. I have an exam tomorrow night and can't bring myself to study. I am so nervous. But excited, because this will be a very exciting game to watch. My aunt says I should have some Tequila because she can't stand watching me come downstairs every 10 minutes and pace around the house waiting for 7 o'clock Glad to know I am not the only one here dying! ColRouleBleu
I'm just starting to be excited about the game, up until now today I was anxious to know if I'd get tickets to attend (which I have now ) . Same result though, I havent accomplished anything productive at work and I dont think it will improve as the day goes by.

gracie12
I know its easier said than done, but i think the first step is to put this into perspective: we love the habs, we want them to win, but the sun will still come up tomorrow if they dont. Saku Koivu himself would likely tell you to stop worrying & remember its only a game. So take a deep breath, get some work done & tonight we will watch things unfold as they will.
