Charon1
One player that I noticed isn't on the list is Cameron Cepek. I wonder why he's not invited... He led the Oil Kings defence in points last year. I went to their last home game of the season, but he wasn't playing cuz i think he got injured... Could he still be injured? or are the habs releasing him? Is he just unavailable?
Hemsky83_09
That looks to be an interesting camp. I do believe the two guys from the Cyclones had their options picked up and are now Bulldogs. I could be wrong on that though.
Mauro-Biello
aw no Trunev...
Charon1
Wonder why Trunev isn't there and Torp is. They're both from overseas leagues, but only one of them was invited... Maybe Trunev is still too young?

However, is it confirmed that the camp is open to the public?
Bumblebee_mtl
Oh I'd love to go to check them out but it's all the way in Candiac... I was hoping it would be up in Pierrefonds again. Maybe the Saturday one (usually the last day is the shootout day which is always fun). But are these opened to the public? Obviously the off-ice sessions are closed off... Cameron had to be signed to an entry level contract by 1 June this year but Montreal decided not to sign him so his hockey rights are no longer owned by Montreal. Charon1
I did some research and I found out about some of the players who were invited to the camp as try-outs. I don't think there's a good chance at any of them being signed (history speaks for itself), but in case anybody was wondering like i was: Erik Boisvert: 5'9 175 lbs LW 22 years old Scored 32 points in 38 games at Sacred Heart University last year in teh states. He's from Quebec. Robert Mayer: 6'1 184 lbs G 19 years old Played for the Saint John Sea Dogs of the QMJHL. Played in 61 games and recorded a GAA of 3.77. He's from Switzerland. Alexandre Monahan: 6'1 163 lbs LW 20 years old Scored 63 points in 70 games for Victoriaville last season. J.P Testwuide: 6'0 210 lbs D 23 years old Scored 8 points in 39 games with Denver last year. He's a fighter. Michael Testwuide: 6'3 216lbs RW 21 years old Scored 21 points in 33 games with Colorado last year.
baumgartner
Last year people recorded some of the drills, it would be nice if someone with a decent camera could record as much as they can and post it on youtube

leafs_rock_go_mccabe
When is the development camp that takes place at the Bell Centre? Is that closer to September, or something, because I remember being able to go on Saturday last year and watch some drills at the Bell. Is this the same camp, just at a different location this summer?

leafs_rock_go_mccabe
yes that is in Sept. I hope they do it again. Was fun watching Carey Price & co last season. Who else was there last year? I remember Subban and Weber being the 1st ones on the ice, and people yelling out to Subban (various nicknames, etc.). Sergei Kostitsyn was there last year, and obviously Carey, too. Lahti looked bad, I thought, last year. We've all watched that turn into nothing. I want to go watch the youngsters again!
