The pairings were made according to the points received in the preliminary round i.e. 1st vs 16th, 2nd vs 15th, 3rd vs 14th, etc. Here they are: The 8 players getting more votes than their opponent will be through to the next round. Remember that when we say most popular, it doesn’t necessarily mean the best hockey player, but rather the player you like best, no matter what your reasons are. There is no wrong answer!
