Hello,

Seen the cover of the Habs 10 DVD set that will be released in November. Cover is Roy holding the cup. You can partially see the 10 games listed on the side but cannot make out which ones they are. Does anyone know which ones were chosen for the Set. Seem it sell for around $50.00. Not bad at all.

Thanks.

Hmmm, just tried pre-ordering and get a message saying unable to ship to Canada. Seems odd considering it's a video involving a Canadian Team.

Hopefully it will be available up here once it's released.

No worries .

You will be able to order through teh Canadiens store, NHL.com and it will most probably be available at your local Futureshop . HMV ....the Kovalev DVD was there

I would like the DVD also , not sure about being able to watch the games though , I have trouble watching a repeat of a sporting event when I know the result :P

I work for a sports collecable company who sells wholesale to stores. I custmer of mine is purchasing a lot of Canadiens collectables to be placed in Videotron stores in Quebec to go along with the DVD box set. So based on that I can tell you that Videotron will be carring it. And I am sure many other stores will be as well.

Per the photos on the story here at canadiens.com I see the Rocket's last game in the Cup Finals in 1960 and The Comeback. You have to figure that with Roy on the cover he'll be featured in a couple of the games, and it can't be the greatest Canadiens games ever without the 1975 New Year's Eve classic against the Soviets.

Please tell me that all of these will be the Canadian boradcast. I'd shudder at the thought of the last game at the Forum being the ESPN2 feed.

It'll probably be the TSN feed with Paul Romanuk (He's probably worse then anyone ESPN2 could throw out there).

Lucky you! I was stuck in a hotel bar in Waterloo watching the Maple Laughs on TSN only so I can see the score being updated on the bottom of the screen.... I cheered at every goal that was posted... people must of thought I was nuts!.... I will get this set and watch this game from start to finish .... I can't wait!

I would guess it will be Hockey Night in Canada - Dick Irvin , Bob cole and

this man Danny Gallivan

http://archives.cbc.ca/sports/hockey/clips/15182/

for those that never heard him call a game

I don't think CBC had rights to the game, I know TSN did and I can't think of a situation where both would be allowed to air the game, and I know Paul Romanuk did their broadcast. Also Mr. Gallivan had passed away by that time.
