ruuvimeisseli
Lang has a fan in me that's for sure! And the Lang-S.Kosti combination looks pretty damn good. I wonder what happens when we put a real scorer on that line! (no offense to Kosto) lol i cant wait to see lats-lang-s.kost can do together
Devs
I thought both Lang and Tanguay looked good last night, which was pretty rare for the forwards. Congrats on a solid opening game for the Habs.
fourtrax
One of only a handful of players who showed up last night. Great start, Robert!
franck5890
Considering the general attitude he came to Montreal with, I'm not surprised to see him start the season on a positive note. Way to go!

MFT77
Besides Price, i though that Lang was the best Habs forward last nite. Pleks was a close 2nd.

pitbull12
I hate to say it but I take back my assesment of Lang from the preseason, his play so far in the first two games has been great.
teststory
Lang is so good around the net. He is the perfect type of guy to play with speedy fancy wingers because he uses his size and reach to his advantage. Sergei K seems to be doing good with him. russianhabsfan
So shall it be Higgins-Lang-S.Kosti or Lats instead of Higgins? RDS says to keep Lats with Koivu I say Lang is looking good either way! Awsome finish tonight!! Thumbs up to the Garry Oldman look-alike!
teststory
I think if you add Higgens to that line watch out. They are already causing havoc on many shifs. I like Stopper, but he isn't an offensive player and somehow Lang and Sergei are still finding ways to generate offense with just the two of them. It should be interesting to see what the line can do with another offensive player.

Like I said the day when he got traded to the Habs, I watched all of his goals from last year and most of they are identical to the two he has scored so far for the Habs...All around the net! The guy can just plain out finish.

A guy who can play 3rd role duties but also chip in 50+ points. Lets hope this chemistry with Sergei continues - it could be huge for the younger Kostitsyn, even long after Lang is gone. One thing we know for sure is that Lang knows how to play with the young guns, see Kane & Toews for example. There's really no reason it wouldn't continue.
