johnny_canuck_21
I believe Denis was the goalie in net tonight. He was, and the 3 stars were Chipchura, Stewart, and Pacioretty.
keithman
at least one of our teams beat a toronto team.
Bumblebee_mtl
Damn... That sounded like a better game. Good for the Dogs!
madsprite18
yes Bumblebee it was......we score two goals in the first which were apparently great, although I missed them, after that we seemed to fall back a bit in the second but turned it up again in the third.....Denis was awesome, some highlite reel saves and Chipchura has shown he won't be in Hamilton much longer......great playing and great leadership! utreder
Chipchura, Maxwell, D'Agostini. All good Canadians I really want to see in Montreal soon. Pacioretty too.
utreder
Can anyone say anything about Carle, has he been playing well? I'm really pulling for this guy.
Bumblebee_mtl
Honestly I think the Habs are really missing a guy like Chips... Frankly we could use him. Just put him on the wing or something. He didn't look out of place at all when they put him there. Would suck for the Dogs but they gotta cater to the Mother Team
madsprite18
Can anyone say anything about Carle, has he been playing well? I'm really pulling for this guy. Yes he has, still early since he has only just returned, he is very steady and a good physical presence......nothing that really stands out but he has more than replaced Valentenko on a strong defensive core......if the Montreal D keeps on the way they are expect to see him or one of the other Hamilton young guns! Honestly I think the Habs are really missing a guy like Chips... Frankly we could use him. Just put him on the wing or something. He didn't look out of place at all when they put him there. Would suck for the Dogs but they gotta cater to the Mother Team It is clear that Chipchura has finally matured into the kind of player he should be, his intelligence, ability and maturity really stand out, he is a big reason why this team is doing so well.........he will be in Montreal before long, I hope he stays here long enough to pass the torch and mentor our fine young prospects......but make no mistake he will not be in Hamilton come playoff time!!!! keithman
D'agostini should replace Latendresse on the Habs.
Bumblebee_mtl
Watched the highlights. Stewart had a mano-a-mano (ie helmets off first) fight too. What a night. DEFINITELY good game. Also that Glumac guy is pretty good too. Does what I yell at my TV for the Habs to do: head for the net and get lose puck in said net.
romy22
Chipchura was named Captain on Friday, which makes me think baring injuries in Montreal...he is in Hamilton all year.
js2
Chipchura was named Captain on Friday, which makes me think baring injuries in Montreal...he is in Hamilton all year. Just because he was named captain doesn't mean he has to be held back until absolutely necessary.
DA_Champion
Chipchura won't be coming up until we get around the fact we have five guys on the 4th line, Begin, Lapierre, Kostopoulos, Laraque and Dandeneault.
