alzimutg
I don't have Kovalev over ure boy Semin either. Lol I am not even voting for Semin myself! Hopefully, he will be invited anyway. I mean, he is so much on fire right now. But this year, the match is in MTL and it is season number 100, so I vote all habs in the east. If not, my vote would look like Malkin, Semin and Corsby on offense. Lunkvist in net. And on defense I think I would vote for Markov and Komi anyway. johnny_canuck_21
Dave Stubbs reported this on Habs Inside Out NHL STATEMENT REGARDING ALL-STAR 2009 BALLOTING New York (November 14, 2008) -- The National Hockey League today released this statement regarding fan balloting for the 2009 NHL All-Star Game: We appreciate the excitement and energy the fans are showing for the All-Star Game and the All-Star voting process. While we encourage all fans to cast votes -- even multiple votes -- for their favorite All-Star candidates, the League has identified some instances of automated voting activity that expressly is prohibited by the voting rules and regulations. This situation is being addressed and we are in the process of validating all votes to make sure that they comply with the rules.

An unneeded black mark on the organization during our centennial year due to the lack of good judgement of a few. Shameful.

An unneeded black mark on the organization during our centennial year due to the lack of good judgement of a few. Shameful. I don't know that this is much of a "black mark". Any online contest where the operator is too lazy to implement any security measures will have this happen to it. Scripts were very popular for the Rory voting and it didn't leave any negativity for the Canucks. Plus, I'm sure fans of all teams have been doing this to some level, Habs fans just did it better I guess.

It's just a disgrace and a shameful way of doing things. When you walk around town and people knowing you're a Habs' fan put you to shame, I'd say it's a black mark.
