The gamethreads have been nice this season! It seems like people are putting a lot of effort into them. It must be the centennial celebrations! :D Anyways...

GO HABS GO!

Nah, just a case of practicing what we're preaching ;)

Great job Tessin :)

Now for the game, can we have a copy/paste of last night please? :D

The Devils without Brodeur. Oh how sweet. I would like us to take full advantage and pound the Devils into the ground. Mercilessly.

we beat them last year when they had Brodeur ;) but i agree with him out of the picture the boys need to lay if on thick tomorrow night and knock the devils into next year.

devils are playing well lately but if we can put together a game like yesterday against the rags (still savouring that one), we'll win :) !

i like how the rookie d'ags and the 4th line are influencing and pushing the whole team. skating like hell, playing defensively responsible, on the puck all night, going hard to the net, making smart plays (hey, laraque can play some hockey). i love it.

ak46 and markov are finding their grooves, making beauty plays all over the ice. kovy is a nano-second from getting his timing on. we're actually scoring goals again!

nj is a very good team however, so habs will need to bring the full focus and energy to the task cuz it ain't christmas yet.

Of course, but my point was that we can't use success against Brodeur last year as a benchmark of how we'd do this year. :)

the devils of this year without brodeur are a bit scarier than the devils of the second part of last season with brodeur. they stopped just relying on their goalie and decided to play. this being said, i agree that when the habs are turning the switch at 'on' like they did last night, they can beat anybody.

i have not quite come back from the excitement of last night's game. some plays were close to works of art :)

there is no way we are conceding 7 goals.

I'm sure he knows that;he just has this notion/superstition that if he predicts a foolish outcome we have a better chance of winning. ;) Surely you've noticed by now that he predicts a huge loss for every game?....Kind of like Eklund in that if you make enough silly predictions, eventually you'll get one right!:rolleyes: ...Sorry miniko,I didn't mean to expose your plan. :D
