darren19 Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 Croque Monsieur/Madame Grilled You need, Baguette(not too dense, fairly light) Slices of ham Swiss cheese and/or emmental and/or gruyère Mayo Paprika Cut a piece of baguette, 4" to 7", slice it in two. Stick them side by side on an aluminum or oven sheet. Spread with mayo, put the ham, then cheese and sprinkle some paprika on it. Turn on the oven at broil only( grill with the top element). Cook till cheese is melted and the corners of baguette a little brown. For the Madame version stick 2 frieds eggs on it. Eat! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mauro-Biello Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole: colby or monterey jack cheese, shredded Shredded potatoes cream of chicken soup sour cream finely chopped onions melted butter combine all the ingredients except for the potatoes, mix well, then add the potatoes and keep on mixing.
