Okay is this a joke? What did you think before starting this thread?

Since we got the canadiens thread going, 70% of the team has been injure at some point, are you trying to jinx the bulldogs?

 Sorry Rock but I am not superstitious. There was an Injury Thread last year too.

I realized that the injuries were building up in Hamilton and that an Injury Thread had not been created so viola.........here it is. :D

I'm listening to the game this afternoon live on the radio....this is the information that has been broadcast in the pre-game show. I'm also a season ticket holder for the Bulldogs. I have seen first-hand that the Bulldogs are playing with a short bench.

Glumac is out with an injury. Latendresse is out with an injury. Beauregard is out with an injury. Conboy is not eligible to play for the team until February 11. etc, etc,

Sorry, I forgot to add Aubin to the injury list.

I forgot about Conboy and missed Aubin's mono. That still makes 19 until Conboy plays, though Lever dressed 20 in today's game.

I am going to move our later posts to the Injury Thread because we are getting off topic.

Oh my god...

Shawn Belle (knee - may be very serious)

Mathieu Carle (shoulder - might not be so serious)

:(

"We're definitely calling somebody up. This is a (expletive deleted) joke," said head coach Don Lever, who indicated he plans to tell the Montreal Canadiens that he has to call up both defenceman Frederic St. Denis and defenceman/winger J.T. Wyman from Cincinnati of the ECHL.

Belle was obviously in severe pain when he attempted to crawl off the ice (to his credit - the guy has guts!).

Is there any chance we can get PK Subban - maybe that is why he was at Sunday's game?

Not until the OHL season, OHL playoffs and Memorial Cup are done.

Looks like Conboy will definitely be dressing on the 11th when he is cleared to play by the AHL.

Here is an update:

Glumac is scheduled to play tonight against the Marlies.

Shawn Bell (knee) is skating, although not with the team. He could be back in 10 days to two weeks.

Mathieu Aubin (mono) could be cleared by next week.

Tyler Shelast (back spasms) is about a week away.

Ryan Kinasewich (knee) will probably need another month.

Add Mathieu Carle who is out indefinitely with another concussion he received on 27 February.
