NLL- Toronto Rock lets stick to that and stay away from international stuff which I will always support Canada first, then Portugal, then Brazil. now to try to pick my favs from each sport and keep it minimal. hockeychick018 Posted March 12, 2009 Report Share Posted March 12, 2009 I don't really watch too many sports other than hockey; some summers I get into baseball (Blue Jays) and besides that I tend to watch individual sports like skiing and figure skating, but not enough to have favorite players. So I'll keep my list to current hockey players: 1. Saku Koivu (my sentimental favorite, has been my favorite player since I was 15 and Patrick Roy got traded and I would feel guilty ditching him now ) 2. Alex Kovalev (my 'current' favorite ) And in no particular order - - Jarome Iginla - Alex Ovechkin - Martin St.Louis - Cory Stillman - Evgeni Malkin - Nicklas Lidstrom - Martin Brodeur (Yeah that's only 9, can't think of a 10th right now...) I loved Man U back in high school (the days of Beckham) but when I started watching again after university, I was drawn more to Liverpool) 5-8.
