What Position Will The Habs Finish The Season In?

If history teaches us anything, the playoffs are a whole new game. We owned Boston and Philly last year, look what happened. In any case, I think we're in, and we'll maybe win round 1. After that, it's up to the hockey gods.

I thought the Habs beat Boston last year in playoff... I hope they will own Philly in first round. this am they make Habs woke up and hope get better in tonight game..if they win tonight then will stay to keep catch up with Philly..

Boston would be our best bet right now...they are slumping a bit....if you can call it that...lost 9 of last 12.

Yep,that's a slump.

I agree with the above post,IF we make the playoffs,i am a firm believer that it all starts from game one, anything can happen, look out for the upsets.

And what do you call what Montreal has been doing for the 15 + or so games

If BG fires Carbo this weekend then we will finish 4 or 5 in the East. If BG does not fire Carbo we will finish between 8 and 11 place.

He doesn't have the stones to do it. He said it was his best move. Garbo is overwhelmed and underwhelming with solutions.

Huge 5 on 3, only 1 right handed forward available who has not scored yet...yea, lets put him instead of our leading goal scorer or returning star player or the only guy who's scored in the past 2 weeks.....

That being said, he can't play for the players, although a line of Muller, Carbo and Bob Gainey would be at least equivalent to what we have EVEN NOW.

Like I said, Habs finish 8th, lose in 7 to bruins, say a bunch of excuses about missing Lang down the stretch and how it's too bad the roster blah, blah, blah....
