fourtrax
Well, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they're at half speed, but Komisarek's 'coverage' on the Malkin goal ... boy. Pretty poor. I hate Hamrlik-Komisarek as a duo; they bring out the worst in each other and neither man has the speed to counter a quick cycle game down low. HabsFan042069_mtl
This is the tyrpe of game they've played all year Why, at game 82 would we expect to see an actual effort out there Hopefully they have saved all thier reserve effort for the season that counts
fourtrax
I don't like that the bad old habits are resurfacing: backing up at the blue line, massively outshot, beaten to the puck. This is not how you should enter the playoffs.
CareyPrice31
All the bashers are coming out this game, knowing the Habs aren't going to be playing their best. Ridiculous.

Dnjscott
Are we going to fight our way to more injuries, or what? Or is it Pittsburgh saying "come out and play like men" and we have no choice?

Dnjscott
As usual, the best scoring chance on OUR power play is by the opponent, shorthanded. *sigh*..... ...at least Koivu and Kovalev were reunited for the PP. No Tanguay, though.... NO GOAL. Big Deal.
RSD
you know with the line up tonight i dont think we can expect the habs to play a high offense game here...but the pps gotta step it up for sure
duckshooter
I wish I could watch this game. From what I'm reading though, price will have to stop around 50 shots to get the win tonight!

This is not how you should enter the playoffs. Weep, they are intentionally putting almost no effort in this game. I doubt we will witness that horrendous habit in the playoffs, not with how effective Koivu, Kovalev and Tanguay have been. We will also have Markov back hopefully; speaking of whom, any information on him?
