Flunky
Greatest display of horse racing I have ever seen. MTB was in dead last place at the halfway point, so far back he doesn't even appear on camera, and the announcer forgets to include him in the call of the field. Then at the midway point of the final turn he appears out of nowhere, runs through the pack and wins the Kentucky Derby going away. Originally a Canadian owned horse, MTB was sold for a mere $400,000 and was listed at 50 to 1 odds to win. Anybody who hasn't seen the race, I strongly suggest you check it out. It is absolutely unbelievable.

It is absolutely unbelievable. what a race! thankfully, they have the bird's eye view replay...during the race you don't even see him until the final stretch because the camera is so focused on the leaders. watching him bust by everyone at an incredible speed was amazing to watch! calvin borel is a wonder, not to mention the horse! Lynch_mtl
This guy was on Jay Leno's show the other day. Seems like a cool guy. Simply an amazing show from both him and the horse.
babinator77
both horse and jockey are just dominant. mine that bird, again finds ridiculous speed to finish second in the preakness. borel wins the race on a dominant filly, rachel alexandra, but rides a completely different race. wow! Ok, 9,500$ isn't insane. judging by how much a thoroughbred dog can cost, that isn't that bad.
