Kubby31
Ruutu, Cole doubtful for Game 2 PITTSBURGH - It's looking more and more like the Carolina Hurricanes will be forced to even up their series with the Pittsburgh Penguins Thursday without the services of both Tuomo Ruutu and Erik Cole. Both players suffered lower-body injuries in Game 1 Monday and did not participate in the team's Wednesday afternoon skate, according to NHL.COM. Lynch_mtl
Jeez, I'm sort of excited to see a rematch of last year's final. I mean, how often does something like that happen anymore? I'm sure it was commonplace way back when there were something like 10 teams in the league, but it must be very, very rare for it to happen anymore. Two teams, battling through an entire 82 games, fighting through 3 rounds of the post-season, one wanting revenge for the previous season, the other wanting tor eassert itself as the bets team and hockey and win back-to-back Cups! Sounds pretty good to me. Jeez, the way you describe the series, it makes the "Capitals-Penguins" or "Crosby vs. AO" series look like garbage. Anyways, I'm very doubtful that the Canes will come out on top now that the injuries have happend. Looks like it's going to be a dud of a series. I could be wrong though. Wouldn't it be funny if Hossa lost... AGAIN? Seriously though, I am pulling for Detroit to repeat and I hope Hossa whips Pittsburgh if they meet again. teststory
I hope Pittsburgh beats Detroit if they make it that far. He also said his mom is here to feed him which makes him play better. Wonder what they feed these Russian giants.

Giants...It's funny, cause his parents are kind of short, but Malkin's a monster, 6 foot 3. If it's his mom's cooking that's helping him play, she can cook at my house any time she wants. I'll have what he's having.
