RicochetII
I want the Pens to win, but is it mean that I want them to win, at least in part, to spite Hossa? He wants a Cup, didn't think he'd get it with the Pens this season, yet here they are again.

Malkin and Crosby are even better even though they are still very young. The money for Hossa and Malone was used to bring in some roleplayers/mid tear players to surround Malkin/Crosby with so they are a bit deeper right now. Detroit is a bit more banged up as they played the Ducks who are a tuff team. The advantage should be to the Pens going into this series.
babinator77
any word on the injuries? lidstrom and datsyuk need to be ready. the pens will be tough to beat without them on their game. this is going to be exciting! hossa for mvp?!

Datsyuk, Zetterberg, Holmstrom, and co. are such an awesome and efficient team, how could you not like them? Also, being from Newfoundland, I have to cheer for the homeboy, Danny Cleary! mortwinkler
After Vancouver got knocked out I haven't watched a game... To me it's not hockey unless you can involve a Canadian team. I dislike either one of these teams, but I'd rather see Detroit win it. At least then we won't have to listen to how wonderful Crybaby is all summer. Oh dude sorry to hear that. I disagree,Habsfan for life, but I enjoy watching great exciting hockey period. Just because my habs were not able to go far in the playoffs is not reason enough for me to stop watching the greatest game with the best hockey players in the world. Canadien team or not, looking forward to see who gets to hoist old stanley. GO PENSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
DA_Champion
I bet Pittsburgh will win. Last year Detroit got by in 6... and that was because Evgeni Malklin was injured and playing badly. Now Malkin is hot which makes Pitts a much better team. Hossa has switched sides, but Pitts has picked up experience throughout its youth core, and they have Kunitz and Guerin. Yep,the pens are a different ,better & more determined team now than at this time last season. Sid & company are out to prove all the critics wrong. That they will not fail & let this one slip away. Penssssssssssssssssss to hoist the stanley cup. Sureeeeee hope so.
