There will be opportunities to buy different packs (the types? to be confirmed but they will be ranging from 3 to 10 games). You buy them as a package.

They go on sale one week before the individual tickets.

No (well technically until the sale is finalized he is, but he is behind the increase of 3%)

Gillett or not, there would have been an increase anyway.

What do you guys think they mean by: "Please note December 4, 2009 Centennial game tickets will be made available for purchase at a later time."? This is the only game I'm going to be in town for, so I'm just a little concerned because I'm going 100s of miles out of my way for it!

Not exactly, there are predefined packages (that will be disclosed to the public soon). But I believe (not 100% sure) that there will be 10 game packs where you can select 10 games of your choice.

hi does anybody know when i can find out if I finally got season tickets. I'm waiting for an e-mail, last year i was at like 200.

Thanx

I suggest you call your season ticket representative to find out your current status.

It means what it means really. That game won't be going on sale at the same time as the other games (as it is a special one).

March 13th/10 is my planned trip to the bell center.

Will be looking for 4 tickets.

Big bad bruins vs habs...just how hard will it be to get tickets, never had the opportunity to try & order tickets via the habs site (tickets)

If you can't, you'll find some tickets on ebay or via scalpers for sure, it might be a lil pricey though.

Or we can see next year, with the Molsons really at the helm of the team ;)

mmmm i think ive read or heard somewhere that George's plan was an increase of 3% for each one of the next 3 years....

I hope someone will correct me about this and tell me this isn't true, but i kinda remember reading that vividly

Maybe the Molsons can put a stop to that. (Hopefully)

If anything the moslons will raise it even more..

Heck they need to recoup 575 million asap..

Crazy

It's funny the way you say they'll have to recoup 575 millions asap, like that family needs that money back tomorrow.

The Molsons are 10 times more successful than Gillett will ever be business wise.

They are young and not in a hurry whatsoever.

Plus can you imagine how much money they make from the 10$ beers in the bell center alone in a year?

I know if i owed 575 million, id pay it back ASAP. meaning if i could increase the ticket prices by 5% instead of 3, i diffently would..

Heck id double the ticket prices if i knew they were still going to sell.

575 million though!!! Alot of Pennies

You don't take everything into consideration, with this economy right now, im sure they had a great deal and don't owe that money at a very high % rate.

Plus they don't depend on the Canadiens and Bell Center alone to repay for everything, they can pull some money out of the pie they make every year with Molson and just pay their debt back.

yeah they definately bought the team at the right time, with the economy about to turn around the interest rates arent going to stay this low forever...i dont think they're worrying about paying back the money quickly, they know they're going to make money off this team hockey in montreal isnt going anywhere lol
