BartCrashleyLives
Just saw that the Leafs have invited Jason Allison to camp on a non-roster try-out basis. Not saying that I wanted the Habs to send out an invite to Allsion but thought this would be a good, new topic to explore. Do you think the Habs should invite anyone to camp on a try-out basis ? Personally, would love to see Lang and Dandenault invited if no one else has signed them by then. Any other thoughts ?

thepriceisright
why not "Cinderella" Sundin ? Or is he and " Badfoot Foppa " saving themselves for the Olympics and then call it a career , ( P.S. all of us know CANADA will win ! ) . Otherwise, I would like to get either Arnott, Horton or Lombardi in that # 2 spot .
cbarker78
Haha if Fleury made the team imagine a line of Gomez Gionta Fleury. Now thats funny.
gracie12
Haha if Fleury made the team imagine a line of Gomez Gionta Fleury. Now thats funny. Actually, were Fleury not prehistoric (ie if he was in his prime) i think that line would be absolutely dynamite. Who cares if they are shorter than Chara when they stand on each other's shoulders, the fact is that all 3 play great, gritty hockey, they are all in your face & you have 2 natural finishers on either side of a pure playmaker. Of course Fleury is now older than dirt, so i would NOT want him on that line in specific and my team in general, but if he were a bit younger... Rocky-Thorne
Definetly invite Lang to the camp. Don't forget before his injury he was our leading scorer. Great hands and a proven sniper. As for Fleury, No way; too much luggage. The Habs are a new Team with positive chemistry in the dressing room, we don't need any distractions. You just never know, Lang could be wearing the big "C" this year if he pans out.

mtl_-Habs4Life-_mtlc
Lang better be at training camp. If not, I will be pissed at Gainey for not taking a chance on a zero risk move that could substantially increase our center depth.
