Dutch
I have never seen them play in person, only on old footage. I have read almost every available book about them... Maurice "the Rocket" Richard and Jean Beliveau. I actualy have a bunch of favorites, most of them I have seen play in person, like Guy LaFleur, Patrick Roy, Saku Koivu... and the list goes on

mortwinkler
I have quite a few. My favourite is Saku and The Rocket. They're tied for #1 for me. Right now it's Lappy/Price and Laraque. Jean, Roy, Carbs, Gainey, The Pocket Rocket, there's so many. But def, my fav goes to The Rocket/Saku. ozweego
I always liked Kirk Muller. For some reason, watching him play, captain the team, and interview, he always seemed like a great player to learn from.
gracie12
All time: Corson Lafleur Roy Saku Current: Markov AK Price New guys I think I'll be adding to the second list above: Gomez Cammy Mara
dso67
all-time: Kirk Muller... i loved everything about this guy, from his work ethic all the way down to his soft hands. great team guy. Patrick Roy: best goalie ever. period. now: Maxim Lapierre... Reminds me alot of how Muller played except a bit more chippy. which is good. Decent hands too. Carey Price: This kid is going to be an awesome goalie for years to come. We just need to give him time to get there. I mean he's only 22 for crying out loud. Mike Cammalleri: I've like him everywhere he's played, LA... Calgary... and now here. He's fast, got great hands, works hard, has an awesome attitude and doesn't back down from anyone. I cannot wait to see what he does out there for us in the regular season!
hockeychick018
Jean Beliveau (although he retired before I was born) Patrick Roy Saku Koivu Alex Kovalev For the current team, I'll probably have decided on a favorite by December... (I was really liking Maxim Lapierre last year, if he keeps improving this year he'll probably make it on my list)

ewraras
All-time: Guy Lafleur, with Koivu right on his heels. Current: Lapierre, although that's based largely on his performance last season - hopefully this year will be a repeat!
