ZetPaul
Who's afraid of the Big Bad Bruins? Certainly not the Lean Mean Canadiens! In the last game against the Booins, in Quebec on Sunday, although we have lost 2-1, we fought hard, and we had a teamfull of rookies. Now that cuts have been made, now that JM's plans have been studied, now that the players know our coach means business... Now, it’s time for the Booins to meet THE NEW HABS! Probable line up, according to François Gagnon (La Presse): Latendresse – Gomez – Gionta Cammalleri – Plekanec – A. Kostitsyn Moen – Maxwell – D’Agostini Stewart – Metropolit – S. Kostitsyn Markov – Spacek Mara – Carle Weber – Gill Gorges – O’Byrne Halak Boston’s Line up is still unknown, but: Thomas will be in the crease Chara and Begin were both out of practice today, due to minor injuries The rest of the players are peeing their pants... Let's see what this team has without Gionta or Markov in the lineup. umm hello Halak deserves this start. Price is getting the last preseason one and after that the regular season begins (and lord knows when Halak will play again) so only makes sense that Halak gets a start. Too bad Begin is injured...would have liked to see him get some stupid penalties

shmitzy-11
hmmm the pairings seem a little weak...one veteran with one rookie huh We are definitely thin in comparison. They're stacked tonight. That's good though. It doesn't much matter who plays for us 'cause we'll worry about wins and losses when the real season begins. But I'm excited to see Gomez and the Squid get their first taste (against all NHLers) of this rivalry. And if we hold our own tonight.... MMMMMM.
