habs-24
his speed is crazy, he causes all kinds of trouble when he is out there. he could turn out to be a huge cog in that Higgins deal
habsfan512
I am liking the trade more and more because of Pyatt despite the other salary
ColRouleBleu
pyatt is a speed demon and i'm always under the impression that he's a big guy. someone mentionned his smallish size on the french side and i went huh? and had to look it up.... his 5'11" sure look more like 6'2" to me. he plays fast and he plays big, love the kid
Prokofievian
I simply loved the way pyatt was playing tonight. I don't think there was a time when he was on the ice, that he wasn't going after the Jackets. Just an awesome player to have.
risteenhuis
I don't know if he has any offensive skills. But he is fast. Really good on the PK. And does a nice job forechecking. Career 4th line player. Heck I would take that job if someone offerred it to me. Not like a 4th line player is expected to score. Just fill a role. I think Pyatt is filling the role as a checker and on the PK extremely well. Plus a low cap hit never hurts.

khadgar
I liked this kid when he played for team Canada at the juniors a couple years back. And now he's bringing the exact same speed and work ethic to the Habs. Good on ya Tommy!!
mtl_-habsolutly25
my god what a trade bob. we get an upgrade on our number 1 center in gomez while trading away dead weight in higgins, and apparently a prospect d on the decline for a great forward. am i the only one who loves this kid (along with white?). such work ethic. i love Whyatt theyre great together imo and if they can score some goals they'll be the greatest 3rd line the habs have seen since 1992
flames4eva
It would seem likely that Pyatt will get to play tonight should Paul Mara be sidelined... He would take Bergeron's recent spot on the 4th line and Bergeron does back to left "D" probably with O'Byrne.

johnny_canuck_21
Pyatt only played 5 shifts & 3:00 tonight. I did not see the game, so I don't know if he was injured.

leafs_rock_go_mccabe
He's not going to play much with Laraque on his line. Not to mention that I feel that having Laraque on your line completely ruins your chance of having a good shift. Well... Not completely, but it doesn't do you any favors. How's a kid supposed to impress the coach when your linemate can't skate half as fast as you can?
js2
And back to Hamilton he goes. http://habsinsideout.com/main/26188
leafer4lifer1
And back to Hamilton he goes. http://habsinsideout.com/main/26188 Does this mean someone is back in the line up or he is being replaced by another hamilton player? Habs_Fan_8
Does this mean someone is back in the line up or he is being replaced by another hamilton player? Probably making room for Markov. MAB will probably go up on the fourth line. Just a guess though.

AK-1
Me thinks the prospects of getting recalled by the big club might give the Bulldogs' players a bigger push in the back. It's all good.
