Leafs fans are so funny. Here's a quote from one of them on TSN:

NOBODY fears Laraque! He's way past his prime. Watch him be 'injured' or 'suspended' on Boxing day, because he's afraid to get beat up by Orr.

Like I've said before, I don't personally hate the Maple Leafs team (except for that punk Grabovski). It's their fans I can't stand. Can't wait for the boys to shut them up!

Not to meantion we are going into this game with the #1 Power Play in the NHL and tied for 7th in PK our special teams are on fire and thats how u win big games. So if we can keep this up it does look good for the leafs. Though i kind of rather see Price in nets for this game as in its been a few games Halak has done great but its Price's turn i think and either way next week they both will be busy with 3 games in 4 nights so Go habs GO

I'd like to see Halak get more ice time. He's consistent, talented, and eager to play. I wonder how it would work if management utilized both goaltenders equally by rotating them on a regular basis rather than game-to-game? How much do contract agreements affect the number of games played (i.e., are players guaranteed a certain amount of ice time/games played in their contracts--much like baseball)? I'm not familiar with this part of the game.

That said, I hope we kick Maple Leaf butt tomorrow night. Your mention about the PP and PK stats reminds me of two seasons ago. Great feeling to see things clicking again.

Let's keep this train rolling! Another win and we are back into the playoff picture. Once Gionta gets back we will be feared. If Pouliot can get back into NHL form, we will have some pretty crazy weapons from here on out!

Habs-it's your job to win games and pound the Make me Laffs!

Gainey-it's your job to sign Plekanec before he can hit the open market.

GO HABS GO!

I don't see your name anywhere for doing a GDT. As the saying goes "Put your money where your mouth is!"

I did a few last year and they weren't great... The top part of this GDT was much better than anything I did.. All I said was he missed the top line which isn't a huge deal as everyone knows it... Apart from that he added a joke picture i felt had no business being there, settle down... I pointed out something he missed and made a comment of the joke, no offense intended

Interesting stat...The Habs are only 14th in the league in Penalty Minutes with 492 mins (Phi 30th with 644 mins and Toronto 15th with 495 mins) and are 13th in the league with Penalty Mins. per game with 12.9 per game. So they're just getting way too many minor penalties and not getting into enough fights

On that note...GO HABS GO
