Great GDT thanks a bunch they are always good

Well good luck guys I have to say

It's the Devils we play on Saturday

As long as the hockey gods are on our side

Shouldn't be too rough a ride

This is a team we know so well

End to end who can tell

Their goalie is the mighty Brodeur

But we don't have to call him Sir

Just shoot that puck all you can

Then the Devils will be an also ran

To win we have the talent and guts

There is no excuse no if"s or buts

We know you want it as much as us

We really have to get 4 goals plus

Get the first goal nice and fast

Then keep going until the hooter goes at last

The fans are behind you all the way

That is where your good fortunes lay

We need these points to keep ahead

That is what the hockey Gods said

They are the Devils but they will see

Just what hockey demons we can be

GO HABS GO :D :D

I see that Pleks is playing with a hip problem, there were people on here saying he wasn't giving his all now they can see why, he always plays the best he can we would be nowhere without him this season

GO HABS GO :D :D

No wonder his hip is sore! :D

It will work...I know it.

Confidence everyone...no negative posts for this thread!

Good work on the GDT...the goaltender stats are a nice touch for this game! It will be all about goalies...

and bananas!

We are gonna burn Marty tomorrow. He will have a sunburn on his back after the game.

Pleks is a trooper!

I hope Brodeur calls out the trainer and requires sunscreen after the second period!

He's a fantastic goalie...1st in games played and 1st in wins with 40.

There was a time when he "owned" us but I think we have been able to take him lately. I think we can break his spirit tomorrow night.

Halak can stand up to him...SV% and GAA stats are fairly even.

Goaltending will make the difference tomorrow......

Marty doesn't like the sun

He's a devil you know they don't have fun

Too busy trying to make us bad

But we will only make him sad

We will show him how bad we can be

When in the 1st he lets in 3

Trying to tempt us to miss the goal

No chance Marty we got soul

So stick that where you put your pike

Lose this game and take a hike

GO HABS GO :D :D

All I can say is they are a trap team who dump and chase and cycle down low, do not play their game play yours it is better and you guys are faster, Brodeur is not the same as he once was he trier in the third with a lot of action, Pepper him and make his handle the puck in the wrong areas and he will give you goals.

Super Pleks knows that Confidence leads to Bananas.:unsure::rolleyes:

But we've been hot and cold, and still melt down at the perfectly wrong times. JM seems to be better than Carbo, but not mistake-free. Sitting Pouliot for the entire third period the other night was puzzling, as were some of the line combos at the end of the Buffalo game. I'm glad we rebounded well against Florida, but hey....it's Florida. We SHOULD beat them.

I'm not too upset as to how we've handled the Devils this season. And with Cammy back now, it should only get better. Maybe Gomez and Gio have the book on Marty.

I still think this team needs mental trainers. Some kind of conditioning that breaks our bad habits of playing scared towards the end of games that we have in the bag. Why on earth would we change what we did to dominate our opponent?

Of course, I'm still reeling from bad officiating. Six straight unanswered penalties vs. Buffalo was ridiculous. The players should call for a mandatory review of all calls in all games, with emphasis on ending this control some referees wield at the expense of fairness. But we probably won't see that as long as Buttman is comish.
